Very quiet and comfortable, only steps away from everything. Breakfast was included and it was very nice. We had dinner in the restaurant one of the nights and it was absolutely lovely. Beautiful spot, I would recommend it to anyone

Very steep stairs. Noise and bad odour from the kitchen till late evening. Just an average dinner offer, except for the excellent roasted pecorino cheese.

The breakfast was excellent, rich and well served. Excellent roasted pecorino cheese. Helpful staff. Location very close to the historical centre of the city.

It wasn’t clear to me that the shower wasn’t enclosed. I would have liked a tea kettle and basic coffee/tea supplies.

The owner was so gracious, cleaning the room early for me as I had been caught in a downpour. Breakfast was very hearty and nicely served.

A kettle in the room would be nice, but when I asked, I got hot water in a teapot and that was a nice gesture.

Everything was Great !

It is a modest cozy room but at a great price point and with a perfect location. Silvana was wonderful, attentive, and available. The breakfast she includes is delicious. I would highly recommend eating at her restaurant as well.

We got to Pienza at dinner time which was inconvenient for the owner, but she directed us to our rooms and registered us quickly. We had access to free parking close by.

My room had a ‘wet bathroom’; shower wand on tiled floor so sink/toilet/bidet all got wet. Funkiness of older buildings.

Just steps away from Pienza walled town, host was very friendly. Breakfast downstairs in restaurant.

i got very bad internet connection in this area. so better download the maps before going to the main attraction and around the hotel. fortunately the wifi is very good. I got lost the first time I arrived because of the bad internet connection.

the location only 3 minutes walk to the main attraction only 5 minutes walk to the bus stop the breakfast is very amazing.

Room didn’t have AC, which for summer in Italy is a must, although the fan worked pretty well. That’s the only thing I have to say about it, rest was perfect!

It was pretty tiny and difficult to maneuver around the room. It needed a refrigerator for all the cheese I bought. It's Pienza for heaven's sake!

The room was close to the city center, located above a restaurant with really delicious food. Our hostess was very kind.

Nothing to criticise at all.

This is a completely exceptional accommodation a few steps from the main gate of the beautiful town of Pienza. The host was friendly and prepared an excellent breakfast in the courtyard. The room was spacious and clean and it was really convenient that it was so close to the centre because I could just pop in whenever I needed to. Looking forward to coming back!

This is my favourite place in Pienza. In the center, clean and very comfortable bed. Because there was a rain, they switch on the heating. Thank you a lot!

There is not much sound proofing.

Came there during a bike-packing event and was not sure when my arrival time would be. The hosts offered to wait for me and if I ended arriving very late in the night, offered to prepare some food and have it ready for me at arrival. The same was for the departure - if needed leaving very early in the morning, before the opening times of the restaurant. Honestly...I could not ask for more. Sine I arrived in time, I was able to taste the delicious food at the restaurant.

Loud until after 11 pm. The rooms are right above the restaurant and there must have been people eating and drinking and talking down in the restaurant until late.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Small bathrooms. One of the bathrooms ( we had two rooms) is the type where there's no actual shower, it's a shower head in the corner of the bathroom with a floor drain. Nice Italian breakfast.
