Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Anna Maria was very kind and helpful. She gave us advice on local restaurants, attractions, history, and even inquired for the visit to Casa Pascoli museum. The room was very clean, very cozy, and comfortable. There was an AC too. The location was beautiful, and easily accessible as well.

United KingdomI think the only thing I could say is that I wish I'd known there was such a nice kitchen space before we arrived!
The hotel has a very beautiful setting. The space was clean and cool, despite the heat. There is a full kitchen for guests to use and some basic supplies for breakfast, including delicious home made jams. The host is extremely kind and helpful, we really enjoyed chatting to her in the kitchen.

The breakfast was good - there were good choices of coffee, fruit juices, milk and water. Coffee machine had a good choice of options and there prepacked brioches, jams etc. This was a good selection for a B&B. The host was very friendly and accommodating - I arrived very late and left early and this was not an issue. In other places I have stayed, they are much stricter around arrival times in particular. Bathroom facilities were clean and well stocked. Overall, this is a great solution for me when I visit family in the area

United StatesI stayed at this beautiful, peacefully located home while in Italy for a conference. Anna Maria was simply the best host one could hope for. She was thoughtful, caring and left no stone unturned in making our stay comfortable. Getting a cab at this location was tricky and we did not have a car, so she most generously drove us to the conference when needed. The facilities were excellent. I looked forward to getting back at the end of the day and can't recommend this place and her hospitality enough! Thank you, Anna Maria!
