The washbasin is a bit small, making it hard to place items on it. The lighting is rather dim. Apart from these points, I think it was still a great accommodation experience! :)

The location is excellent, very close to the train station. The room is comfortable and clean, and most importantly, the bed is very comfortable and provides a good night's sleep! They also offer a complimentary breakfast, which is really great! If I have the chance to revisit Civitanova in the future, I would definitely choose this hotel again! I've already recommended it to many friends.

One thing to improve possibly is that doing a makeup was inconvenient due to a less lighting and not many storage

The hotel is in a great area. It is only a short walk to the seafront promenade. There are many cafes and restaurants around. We liked the fact that the hotel is situated in a residential area which made us feel part of the community rather than just a tourist. The rooms are very different, in an edgy sort of way, but comfortable nonetheless.

The code for the front door of the hotel also opened my personal room, which made it constantly frightening to fall asleep. At night, the TV would randomly turn on by itself, and the air conditioner did not always work. There is also no soundproofing, so you can hear everyone. I do not recommend this place

One of the rooms strongly smelled like cigarette, we had to keep the window open for many hours. I know this must have been a previous guest's fault but I'd expect the cleaners to open the windows and spray some perfume. That same room also had only one set of towels for two people. My room had the hairdryer broken. The shower also gets overflooded quite easily. A few things that definitely need to improve in terms of room maintenance.

The interior design is amazing, very well done and super modern. We loved the mood lights in the shower! We had no issues with entering the place and we got all the instructions clear.

The shower in room 002 is in need of urgent renovation. The joints are extremely mouldy and the walls are bumpy due to water exposure. We had to shower with slippers.

Agio was quite a discovery! It's nicely located, communication to access the property was seamless and the breakfast included within the room rate was really complete and surprising! Check-in and check-out were easy. The rooms are not huge but are equipped with everything you need (fridge, safe, TV, amenities, free complimentary water), beds are comfortable and cleaning service is really good. The room was impeccable when we entered.

Although the facilities are quite modern, the furniture has already signs of damages. Impossible to have a shower without floating the whole bathroom. The room was not very warm and it was not possible to turn the bathroom heating on. I have been in this hotel twice and in both the occasion I had a ground floor room, which was quite unpleasant due to the entrance noises.

The bed was super comfy. Staff very helpful.
