Nothing to complain about!

The brothers and their wives who own this beautiful location are very warm and welcoming. You feel like you are visiting old friends. Breakfast (which is unbelieveably delicious) is composed of eggs, speck, cheese, yogurt, homemade jams, cookies, fresh cakes, fresh apple juice and great coffee. For us, the location is perfect! It is not far from places and is very relaxing and peaceful. It might take a half hour to reach a city, but you are in a place with a wonderful view, quiet and restful during the night. Our little dachshund was warmly welcomed. We hope to be able to return again.

Nothing. There is nowhere to eat nearby but we knew it and ate before and had snacks which we could eat on the beautiful terrace by the reception.

Very clean, although very simple, beautiful views and walks in the vineyards and apple orchards. The owners are very nice: treat you to homemade apple juice and cookies when check in (so refreshing after a long ride). Check in/out very smooth. Excellent breakfast.

Excellent farm stay. Great location with panormatic view, especially during sunset. Thr house is beautiful with a lot of details and well maintained. The owner is a very kind and friendly man. Though he does not know English, he offered help whenever required. His apple farm is awesome. Apples with excellent quality. The breakfast is great, with lots of delicious cakes, juice , jam. Very enjoyable stay here

The road there is kind of challenging to ride at night and its hard to locate the place as it doesn't have a sign and it looks just like the rest of the nearby buildings... Plus it's quite far from the main road

The host was wonderful and very forthcoming. The view from the place is amazing as you are located on top of a valley and can see all the fields of grapes and apples around you - simply peaceful and lovely. It's quite far from any main road so it's quiet and calm. The room was very good with a small balcony overlooking the view and good facilities. The breakfast was super tasty - it's made by the host and it's family and they care all about what you like. the apple juice is made from the apples they grow - so good!

This is located in a bit of a steep vineyard valley side - hence the breathtaking views, and there is a bit of a narrow road in the final meters, but every driver will make it.

We were passing by on our way home from Tuscany and picked this place for a sleep-over, yet this establishment is a memorable and worth visiting and get to know in itself. The owners, their products from apple juice to grappa, the wonderful views. A silent retreat and walks would be wonderful here. They recommended and reserved a table in a restaurant for us with a scenic route view. Rich breakfast, best value for money in our trip.

Everything was perfect.

Everything was great, the villa is run by the sweetest family. The room was nice and cozy, overlooking the many vineyards in the area. The bathroom was very clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was very good and filling and the family did everything to make guests feel comfortable and happy. Great people;)

Just wonderful! The place is surrounded by vines and apple trees and waking up to that view in the morning was incredible. We arrived late at night yet the host was just a phone call away and gave us amazing fresh apple juice. The room was exactly like in the pictures and for that price it was great. Breakfast was also fresh and very good. Free parking right beside the building.

The road to arrive is a little tricky, so I would just reccomend to be careful. Overall, great experience and I would certainly come back for more days.

A bit problematic if you are traveling by bicycle - it’s quite a tough climb from Lavis town. But it’s not a problem if you go by car

It would be really great if the hosts spoke basic English or German.

The guesthouse is beautifully designed and looks brand-new, the room is squeaky clean and comfy. From the guest rooms one gets a spectacular view on the mountains and the valley with wineries and fruit trees. Fresh apple juice and homemade cakes are a pleasant twist of the breakfast.

There were no hairdryers in the room. But otherwise everything was great!

We arrived a bit late in the evening, but the host anwsered quickly and we got into the rooms without any problems. Host made us feel like at home and was very welcoming. The area was amazing and the stay really lovely. We will definately visit again!

Room got a bit hot - a fan would be a plus

Beautiful set amidst stunning vineyards and orchards. Our hosts made us feel so welcome, the products of their farm are delicious and we were offered homemade biscuits and juice at check in. Breakfast was delicious and well thought out. We loved looking at the stars at night. Don’t miss trying some of their wine - tasty!

Warm reception by the owners who took their time to tell you about all the things to see and do nearby. The rooms and the entire building was absolutely spotless. Great breakfast with homemade procucts. Amazing view from the rooms and the terrace. Our dog could stay with us free of charge.

Gorgeous views, very well maintained building, nice and spacious terrace downstairs, very friendly and helpful owners! Tasty local treats at breakfast: several cheese varieties to try, juicy nespolo, pears, apples, gorgeous cake, cookies, jams and amazing apple juice (we had to take few bottles with us).
