Authentic and very cozy agriturismo, surrounded with local animals. I was traveling with mother and sister and we all liked it. Also we had dinner at their restaurant and we enjoyed every dish.

I would expect a fresher breakfast but it provided whatever needed. The room was a bit small and the shower a bit old. Price is high but in line with the area

We probably pick a bad week, with Christmas dinner celebrations going on at the restaurant. Rooms are just upstairs so it can get a bit noisy. Probably, for most other weeks of the year, this would not be a problem.

Roberta and staff was friendly and very helpful. Location is great even in winter. Food at the restaurant is amazing and great value for money.

The isolation of the rooms which can become problematic if your neighbours are loud.

This is a nice bed and breakfast, well located in a quiet place not far from Como (about 30 minutes by car). We liked the animals, the overall setting and the nice personal. Breakfast and diner were fine too. We would go again and recommend it.

It was a fantastic and great stay at la Cavallina! Very beautiful place, with great food. The animals are very cute and well taken care off! Perfect spot to go to Monza, Milan (train near by) and Como lake. With special thanks to Roberta, who take care of everything so good. Breakfast, housekeeping, dinner..she did everything with a great smile!

We are a family of four- two small kids (3 and 1): For them it was great being with the rabbits, goats and donkeys, and for us it was great having good wine and food, being served by very friendly staff. We will come back!

The host is very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was perfect and the room has a vintage rustic feel to it. All the animals were a delight for our girl. Best location in proximity to Lago di Como and not too far from Malpensa Airport. Everything was perfect and we will definitely return!

The property was much smaller than we imagined we thought it would be a place to hang out, more green areas and animals. Breakfast the next morning was pretty bad unfortunately nothing was fresh. If you're planning to arrive earlier than check-in, make sure to call them before arriving because we had a little miscommunication via messaging.

The animals they had were cute, it's good for a one night stop if you're passing through and looking for a quiet stay

Arrived at location nobody was there. Waited for two hours, couldn't reach any of the phone numbers and then canceled the booking via Booking.com.

Breakfast starts at 7.30-8am, which is early for Italian customs, but for travellers would be nice if it could be even earlier.

Genuinely friendly staff who consider your wellbeing as their priority. Beautiful setting on a small hill with a view over some farm animals. Buffett breakfast with sufficient choice and fresh fruits. Air-conditioning works and only 8min drive to a nice mountain lake to swim a bit or 20mins to beautiful Como. We stopped for 1 night during travels on a Saturday and the cafe with lunch was already open in the afternoon on this day. We would come back again for a next trip!

Very nice for children because of the animals, however the horse stables are a separate company and need to be addressed personally. Horse riding is only possible for 5 minutes.

The only disappointment was about the horse riding- manager was rude. I was feeling bad after communicating with him. But it’s not related to the hotel staff. They were very nice.
