We had a wonderful time during our stay in Tuscany. The accommodation was beautiful, very clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The view over the Tuscan hills was absolutely stunning — a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The swimming pool was fantastic, well maintained, and in a beautiful setting. We also really enjoyed the BBQ area, which was perfect for cozy evenings outdoors. A special thanks to the owner, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Always available if we had any questions and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Not really a negative - but you need a car to stay here. There is very little within walking distance. The only real negative was that there was no cleaning and the towels\bedding are only changed weekly.

Absolutely stunning sunset views. The pool was lovely. Staff friendly and helpful. Wednesday pizza parties are fun and good value. The air con was incredible- 2 mins and the rooms were cooled. Good baby facilities- excellent baby cot and high chair

Nothing - it was perfect.

By far, the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. Simona, Luigi and the team went above and beyond. Their hospitality was the best we’ve ever experienced. We reserved the entire property for a large group and we had the privacy of an air bnb with the service of a 5 star hotel. Simona, Luigi and the team made us a beautiful breakfast, put on an incredible pizza night for us, ran a pasta making class and cleaned up after us, while at the same time leaving us to enjoy the property. We can’t thank them enough for making our stay so special and can’t recommend this property enough.

We enjoyed 9 wonderful days at this beautiful agriturismo. Simona, Luigi, and the family made us feel at home right away. Special credit goes to Simona for her warm welcome and her invaluable tips on local attractions and the best parking spots in the area. The pizza night they organized for all the guests was an absolute highlight – delicious pizzas and a cozy atmosphere! This is a place we definitely want to return to.

The location is wonderful. The villa, infinity pool, olive grove is very well kept. The offered homemade products are of excellent quality (olive oil, wine, pasta, etc). You can make day trips to Firenze, Siena, Arezzo or enjoy one of the many events taking place in the surounding villages (sagre toskane) to learn more about local food and traditions. And finally being in the middle of the Chianti terroir gives you the change to immerse yourself in the local wine culture and tradition. We did all this and also the kids enjoyed a lot the week at Cafaggio Primo!

This was my first time staying at an Agriturismo and it is not a hotel, so if you’re looking for daily cleaning or turndown service just be advised this is more like an airbnb but with a host available most of the time for any questions and breakfast!

The property was immaculate, the grounds and pool were incredibly well kept, the view is stunning - you’re high enough up to have a panoramic view featuring the balze but close enough to still make out the town of San Giovanni. The staff was the best part, Luigi (the owner) did a great job to make everything comfortable and Simona, the hostess with the mostess, made the stay most memorable. We opted for breakfast everyday which was a great value and homemade from Simona herself. We also were able to pay for a cooking class from Simona which included handmade pasta from scratch. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, with a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. They have wine, pasta, olive oil and cheese/charcuterie available for purchase on premises. They also provided information about the local towns/what to do there and restaurant recommendations which was super helpful. We had a group of 7 (3 apartments) and had a wonderful stay for a week! We will be back!

I wish we stayed longer! ; )

Agriturismo Cafaggio Primo is an absolute gem with truly exceptional people. The view is breathtaking. The apartment was spotless and offered an incredible view. They offer locally sourced wine, salumi featuring assorted Italian meats, tuscan cheeses and fresh tomatoes from their garden. We reserved breakfast one day of our stay and it was beyond what we expected in quality and quantity. Additionally, the breakfast location was on the terrace overlooking the infinity pool and the Tuscan valley. We opted to stay for a dinner as well on site and the food was expertly prepared, delicious and in abundance. Simona's recommendations for places to eat, to visit and to tour local wineries all proved exceptional.
