We enjoyed our stay in Garda. The property was spacious, located in a quiet area, and offered plenty of parking. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was quite good

The room felt a bit outdated in terms of facilities. We also found that there wasn’t much privacy, as there were no blinds on the front door or the kitchen window.

Nice view and location. 5 min drive to nice beaches.

Small appartement and balcony. All beds were on the top floor, but the aircon only made the kitchen cold, so it was very, very warm in the bedroom. Difficult to sleep with the windows open because the aircon made a lot of noice outside. The appartement was poorly equiped, we rented it for 5, but there were only 5 glases and chairs, and no coffeemaker, wine glases, sharp knive or real pot. The appartement was also dusty.. We tried the breakfast once, but it was not impressive (cheap bread, no vegetables, one type of cheese) and the price was the same for adults and children. The staff was abscent most of the time and the whole place seemed a little too quiet and worn down.

The place is great, but the service of the staff working there was outstanding. Laura, the host, is the kindest person you can meet. She was helping us out with any issues we had during our stay and she did her best to make it as comfortable as possible. The same goes for Santiago, who, even though he barely speaks English, will do everything he can to understand you and help you with anything. I think the only thing missing was a lack of a swimming pool. If they build one, I am moving there immediately. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Great location, quieter and yet close to Lake Garda and Desenzano. Warm welcome. Dogs welcome and so much space to make friends. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was delicious. And everything dome with warmth and friendliness. We will definitely come back here if we are in the area again and recommend to everyone looking for a place where they can relax and enjoy.

The manager extends a warm & efficient welcome. He is a dog lover and was obviously concerned to make the stay not just excellent for me, but also for my two dogs. There are excellent dog walks just outside the gate of the property. The breakfast is also noteworthy - a wide choice of products, many home made. There is also a good restaurant within 1.5 kilometer. Very quiet at night and mesmerizing views of the lake and mountains.

While clean and fully functional, the bathroom and kitchen are starting to feel old.

Excellent location - peaceful and quiet countryside, not far from the lake and from Desenzano, plenty of space for playing sport or relaxing. Friendly helpful staff, excellent breakfast (including home-made cakes), farm animals to keep children happy.

The only disadvantage is that it's hard to reach without a car, and supermarkets etc are 3km away.

Beautiful farmhouse surrounded by nature, located just minutes away from Desenzano downtown and pier by car. The view from the private balcony is breathtaking. The room was very clean and comfy. Super friendly staff. Breakfast is all inclusive and delicious indeed. I'd definitely stay here again in the future. Grazie mille di tutto, Bruno e Stefania! Alla prossima!

Stefania and Bruno are super kind hosts. The animals are humble, calm and always ready to cuddle them. The breakfast is the best ever, I'll suggest the upgrade to the all inclusive level with it. Nice location, easy to reach Desenzano del Garda, Sul del Garda or even Sirmione.

Wasn't any

Everything was great! The host is super nice, room is clean, the outdoors are great, close to the lake, big parking, and best of all - lots of animals and playgroud if u have kids.

Great place to relax and great starting point to explore the lake. Hosts are really nice and ready to help. Animal company is also a plus, especially Ciago. The room is nice and comfy, and the view from the balcony is nice. I would definitely recommend this place.

Kettle would be nice, but there is cafetiera (moka)

Facilities, room, hosts, breakfast, animals, ambience, pretty much everything. They also have a very nice restaurant in a walking distance. Thank you Bruno!

We are delighted with the hospitality of Stefania and Bruno. They are true country life lovers and animal lovers. We are charmed by their ecological approach to life - so important these days. Their agritourism is located in a tranquil area, away from the hustle and bustle of the village on the shores of the Garda. We would be happy to return here.

There was no such thing.

We were with a toddler and he loved the animals on the farm as well as tons of space to play and run around. There is a bar on the premises and you can buy local wine and craft beer. The rooms were cleaned DAILY. you also get a bit of Garda view from the balcony. We found the place perfect for our Easter visit!

everything was perfect!

We loved the place ,our apartment was warm and had a super view. The breakfast buffet was big with a lot of choice,both sweet and savoury.We had home made biscuits and cakes,fresh fruit,home made jam and eggs to order !Our hosts were warm, friendly and helpful!

We liked everything but perhaps a small sofa in the apartment could be a positive addition!
