Lovely welcoming Italian family that were kind and genuine, nothing was too much trouble, lovely pool which we often had to ourselves as only three apartments. Gorgeous home made breakfast and what a treat we could have with a second cappuccino. Apartment was excellent modern and great bed with super ac. Lovely area to sit outside in the evening.

My wife and I spent a fantastic holiday at Agriturismo I Cedri and we are absolutely delighted! This place exceeded our wildest expectations. From the very beginning, we felt looked after by the wonderful and incredibly hospitable hosts, whom we would like to thank for creating such a warm atmosphere. The conditions at Agriturismo I Cedri are simply fantastic. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and furnished with attention to every detail, making us feel both comfortable and luxurious. The entire property radiates peace and authenticity, surrounded by beautiful, green scenery. What's more, we had the opportunity to enjoy the wonderful swimming pool, which was the perfect place to relax and cool down on hot days! It's a true oasis of peace. We started every morning with delicious, fresh, toscania breakfasts that gave us energy for the whole day. An added bonus is that the owner is a producer of excellent olive oil. We had the chance to taste it and, without hesitation, bought a few bottles as a souvenir – its taste is incomparable! We wholeheartedly recommend Agriturismo I Cedri to anyone looking for a unique place to relax in a beautiful setting. We will definitely be back!

The family were very friendly as other reviews have stated but spoke no English. The bathroom was modern & clean. Breakfast was ok but the croissants were hard & dry

The studio smelled as though it had been locked up for winter & not aired - an very unpleasant strong musty, mouldy smell was present the whole time we were there. The door lock was faulty. We couldn’t lock the door when we went out during the day or when we were sleeping - this is a basic! When we queried it a shrug & “it sticks a bit” was the only response - no, it was broken. It needs to be clearer that there is no service provided - no change of linens, towels, emptying of rubbish, or refreshing of toiletries. There is no shower gel or soap only hand soap & a tiny bottle of shampoo per person. We asked, but nothing was provided. Heating issues have been noted by other reviewers & we found the same - controls don’t work or it is being remotely controlled by the hosts. We were warm the first night but froze the next. The kitchen did not have a microwave when they had stated it did. It is in the middle of nowhere in the backyard of a farmhouse, but not a working farm. A few chickens, a dog & a cat. Not what we were expecting considering the glowing reviews, although the reviews seem to concentrate more on the family rather than the facilities. We went on to stay at another agriturismo which was less expensive & had a wonderful experience

It was much more spacious than a normal hotel room and it was lovely to be able to spread out a bit more . Nice big shower . Lovely hospitality .

Beautiful and quiet setting. Very friendly hosts. Breakfast is very fresh and delicious. Quite modern renovation combined with rustic farmhouse makes it a very comfortable and memorable stay in Tuscany.

Quiet rooms and peaceful surrounding, accommodating hosts (allowed for date change and after-hour check-in), wonderful selections of drinks and savoury and sweet items for breakfast

Shower set-up in the bathroom is slightly awkward and water spillage from the shower stall was an issue. Temperature of the room was also not adjustable (regardless of changes on the control panel, no actual heat came through).

We liked how spacious and well-decorated the place was for the price and the breakfast was so good! Most importantly, the hosts were very welcoming even though we didn't know how to speak Italian well. We highly recommend this place! ☺️

Hands down, this place in Tuscany is a slice of heaven! The host may not speak much English, but their heart speaks volumes. They made us feel like family, despite the language gap. The vibe here is pure tranquility. Surrounded by rolling hills and vineyards, it's the perfect escape from city life. We woke up to birdsong and enjoyed lazy breakfasts. Exploring nearby villages was a breeze, and coming back to our cozy room felt like coming home. Can't wait to return to this slice of Tuscan paradise!

We did a two week road-trip through italy. We stayed at 7 different, wonderful places of which this one was the best. Despite having a small studio appartment the place offers all facilities needed for a comfortable stay. The whole Property (apartments, main house, garden, pool etc) is very well thought out and maintained and is a joy to spend time in. The hosts are super nice and the breakfast had great quality. The location is good to reach different places in Tuscany (we visited Cortana,Arezzo, Montepulciano, Montalicno, Asciano and others…). In addition they have a friendly and playful dog which was another highlight of our stay. We cannot recommend it enough and would like to come back.

We had a great time at iCedri! The hosts were very prompt, helpful and friendly, the rooms spacious and clean. Amazing surroundings with private pool, for the house guests only. It is a nice and quiet area. Last, but not least, the breakfast was amazing and so was the coffee! We had a great time there and warmly reccomend. Do not forget to buy the their very tasty olive oil.

Our only regret was that our stay was too short, we would have gladly spent 2 weeks there instead of one! We know for next time.

Everything was amazing and this nice family managed to have a little paradise just outside Cortona! We will definitely come back! Grazzie Massimo and Ema per tutto!

we had a great stay here. the surroundings are beautiful, you can only see greenery and trees from the property. very comfortable bed and good pillows. great bathroom. a bowl of fruit was waiting for us when we arrived. very nice hosts. very good breakfast with many options to choose from(but no vegetablws), they also make good coffee. pool is large enough for swimming. good wifi, also good for video calls and is available everywhere on the property.

no mobile signal. no storage space for your clothes in the studio. a bit hard to find - a very narrow road leads up to the property, there are a few signs but they are dark brown and not so visible.

Perfect place for nature lovers and excellent base to explore Tuscany and Umbria. The host family is super friendly. Our apartment was huge and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. We had a great holiday, despite bad weather.
