Gianni and Maria were so friendly and welcoming! They even gifted a bottle of wine. The appartment is well equipped, clean and so beautiful.

Me and my boyfriend spent 2 weeks traveling Italy, and this was still by far the favourite place we stayed in. We would love to come back again. Gianni was so welcoming and nice, gifting us his wine and basket of bread. We loved this farmhouse and the surrounding area, it feels like a dream. As others mentioned, the cats and dogs on the property made it a home. It always brought so much joy to see them.

Fabulous position just out of town. Quiet. Great amenities and things supplied by hosts Gianni and Marea. They were very welcoming and caring. Would definitely recommend.

Gianni and his wife Maria were excellent hosts. The agriturismo was private and quiet - a perfect choice for a couple! It was also my husband's birthday the first night we stayed and Gianni arranged a nice dinner at his friend's place nearby at Ristorante L'Oliveto at the Agriturismo Nobile which was excellent. Please note, you will likely need to rent a car if you decide to stay at this place as it is a little ways (about 12 min from the main area of Montepulciano). Overall though, a fantastic place to stay in the Montepulciano area!

Gianni and Maria are the most generous and kind-hearted hosts you could ever wish for. Their little slice of paradise with heavenly views was matched only by the warmth and hospitality of the hosts. We absolutely loved our stay: the room was spacious and comfortable, spotlessly clean and quiet. The location was wonderful too, only a 5 minute drive from Montepulciano’s town center. We had coffee and plentiful cakes and pastries for breakfast and they even shared a complimentary bottle of their very own beautiful wine for us to enjoy during our stay. We adored the dogs and cats on site who greeted us happily each day. Even when our arrival was delayed by terrible traffic on the highway from Pisa and we were incredibly late to check in and too late to find any restaurants still open, our gracious hosts treated us with warmth and kindness, and shared some of their own charcuterie, cheese and fruit for our supper so we wouldn’t go without. The next day, they gave the most perfect restaurant recommendations and even made a special reservation for us!! It’s a charming and beautiful place, with the most wonderful hosts and we cannot recommend it more enthusiastically. We hope to be back soon!!!

Everything was perfect! Gianni is so kind and attentive - he and his wife Maria really care about the guests. Their homemade wine was fantastic! The property is beautiful and peaceful and the apartments are spacious, clean and very comfortable and charming.

We absolutely loved our stay, the property was beautiful and full of thoughtful details that made it feel really special. Gianni welcomed us on arrival and was very friendly and helpful. He gave us some great food and wine tasting recommendations, which we followed and loved! One of the highlights for me was the garden, it was so well looked after, full of lemon trees and other fruits. It really added to the peaceful, relaxing vibe of the place. Our only regret was that we only stayed one night – it’s the kind of spot where you really want at least a few days to properly unwind and enjoy the calm. The interior had a charming Tuscan-style feel, and we were even gifted a lovely bottle of wine from the host, which was such a nice touch. A perfect little Tuscan escape – we’d come back in a heartbeat!

This place is amazing. Me and my partner stayed at I Roseti from April 20 to 22. As soon as we arrived we loved the place. The owners are super nice and dedicated. There was a bottle of wine as a gift upon our arrival and a basket of cookies and jam. The wine, as well as the olive oil, are made directly by the owners, and it's very good. 9n the property, the owners have a beautiful garden full of olive trees, fruit trees, chickens in a coop, some cats, and two dogs. When we were there, since it was spring and it had rained so much before, the garden was full of daisies. It was really nice and you could smell the flowers while sitting outside or walking in the garden. The accommodation is perfect, you have all you need. Nice bedroom with a comfy bed, spacious bathroom, and a lovely living room with a kitchen with a fridge. We did not need the AC but the heater since it was still a bit fresh at night. The heater worked very well. Wee took advantage that there was a kitchen with all the appliances one needs, and made ourselves dinner one night and had the bottle of red that they gifted us. One last thing worth mentioning is that this place is super clean. I work in hospitality, my family works in hospitality, and I travel quite a lot and have to visit many hotels. This place is prestine when it comes to cleanliness. I would definitely come back here and recommend it to all my friends and family who plan to visit Montepulciano.

Except that if you like their wine and want to buy one, be aware to pick a good-looking one.😅

Immediately on arrival we were sad that we'd only booked one night. We could have stayed happily at this place for weeks. We loved the dogs, the cat, the fresh pears, the garden, the view and what a generous host! We'll be looking forward to a chance to return.

Agriturismo Roseti was an excellent accommodation close to the busy tourist town of Montepulciano. It was a countryside retreat with wonderful hosts. Maria and Gianni were always available to make dependable recommendations from their local experience. Gianni went above and beyond by arranging dinner reservations for us which were always a sure thing. Upon arrival our hosts provided some yummy goodies and excellent wine which were a very nice touch. We will recommend this special place to all our family and close friends.

No low calorie food options maybe??? (lol) not a chance in the Heart of Tuscany. Everything was perfect!

Wonderful location, comfortable accommodations and helpful owners. Not sure what else you would need. Nice to have pets around as well. Gianni and Maria were great hosts.

Nothing major stands out, maybe a few insects made their way in through the front door but this is expected in a rural area. This is not really an issue.

This location was very close to Montepulciano but felt very secluded and was very peaceful. Gianni was a wonderful host and even had a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us that he produced himself. The wine was delicious, one of the best we had during our two week Italian vacation! The laundry facilities were a great benefit as well. The views from our apartment were breathtaking!

The apartment was lovely. The bed was very comfortable, a lovely bathroom with shower and plenty of space for shower items. There was a lovely kitchen and outside area to enjoy the Tuscan countryside view. Gianni was so sweet and caring, giving us some local restaurant tips and kindly made us a reservation for a lovely dinner in the hills outside Montepulciano.

I Roseti is close to Montepulciano, a Conad grocery store and easy access to the Val d’Orcia region. There are no other guests on the property so the apartment is very private with large French doors to enjoy the beautiful views over the orchard and the valley of Montepulciano. The apartment is spacious with adequate cooking facilities and a lovely espresso machine with coffee. Our host welcomed us, explained everything and left us with snacks and a bottle of his wine to enjoy.

The hosts were fantastic at making us welcome in their traditional apartment at the side of their own home. They kindly booked us in for a last minute dinner, as well as provided us with some breakfast bits and homemade wine. The space was more than what we needed for our 2 days exploring the area and it was a very short drive away from beautiful Montepulciano.

Lovely place to stay far enough away to give a real feeling of a property in Italy. Everything is there that you could need and the view with a coffee from the excellent coffee machine is awesome. Gianni is an excellent host on hand to help if needed.

Host Gionne was very friendly and helpful. He provided a bottle of wine from his vineyard as a welcome gift. Wine was terrific and we enjoyed it overlooking the countryside on the outdoor terrace. Accommodation was comfortable and inviting.
