There is no breakfast so you can drive to the next area or walk for it. Remember the timings of Italian shops opening late for dinners like 7.30 and 12.20 to 2 for lunch and then they all close. There are not enough drying rack as there was only one and could not find the rest. Bring lots of mosquitoes spray if you get easily bitten like me.

It was clean and nice spot quiet enough area that was convenient to travel for the wedding we were at. The pool was clean and there were laundry facilities available. What I like was the whole apartment has got netting on windows to prevent mosquitoes from entering so it gives you a good piece of mind. There is a nearby coop for some necessities but check the timings again and few restaurants nearby too if you can drive.

I feel the apartments can be modernised a little and as breakfast is not included. A little details On hospitality. A small Welcome Hamper with some basics would like coffee and sugar would Be thoughtful as the closest restaurant although not far it’s still a walk away.

It was lovely and tranquil, looks just like the photos with wifi but only in your room.

Beautiful villa setting near the town of Bucine. Lovely place to centre oneself and explore Tuscany. Stefania, our host was the nicest person. She ensured all our requests were met and lovely recommendations. Will definitely book again.

The apartments do not have any air conditioning. Ours was located in the upper floor. We were lucky in that we arrived on the last day of the heatwave in late August, otherwise the heat would've been difficult to deal with. As it happened, apart from the first night, it was totally fine. Just something to be aware of. One other small thing—the kitchen only had 2 electric points (connectors). If I wanted to use the microwave I first needed to unplug the refrigerator.

The setting was beautiful. The whole family enjoyed the pool and the games room. The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. We took the host up on her offer to prepare some food for us as we arrived late in the evening—it was delicious and so convenient. The host was lovely, friendly, communicative, accommodating and full of recommendations. She spoke good English also.

Stefania was wonderful to work with. The facilities were immaculate and everything was as pictured. We did not have a car but there is a short path to the village where we had some of the best pasta of the trip. Stefania also helped us with a driver, Mario who was wonderful. So glad we picked this spot.

We had an amazing stay at Agriturismo L'Incrociata. Stefania was there when we arrived and couldn't have been more helpful. We were a party of 10 people (7 Adults, 3 kids), so we had 3 apartments in total. Each of the 3 apartments was spacious, clean and well equipped. It is located in an excellent location just 20 minutes from Siena, and 1 hour from Florence. We will definitely be back and recommending to others. Thank you again Stefania!

the inside of the main room was very dark, even with lights on

we had a ground floor suite with a patio out front. view was outstanding we had everything we needed for our stay. Manager Stephania, was excellent
