The room was not very soundproof: one night there was a fairly loud (wedding?) party going on until 11.30pm, one night I woke up 2am because someone was loud on the phone in another room making a call I guess to the USA. So I would have appreciated better soundproofing.

Super friendly staff. The room I stayed was a bit old but clean and well maintained, the shower not state of the art but a good stream of hot water. The restaurant is good for dinner; the breakfast adequate. Overall a pleasant stay and I may return.

We had to change our room because of noise from a conference room that was being set up at 5:30am, next to our room. The moving of chairs and tables was crazy loud! But the staff very kindly moved our room so that we did not have the problem again.

Such a lovely location and hotel! Breakfast was wonderful with delicious fruits and espresso.

This is a large commercial establishment geared towards functions in the main building and equestrian activities on the grounds. The accommodation feels a bit like the poor cousin. Nothing like what we expected an Italian agriturisimo to be with a homely country feel. Skimpy toiletries and no tea/coffee making facilities. Water but no glasses.

Good location outside Milan city center. Lots of animals for kids to play. Big garden. Free parking and decent breakfast

This place is ideal for families. Our kids really enjoyed the horses and took two classes with the Carlotta and Alessia. The grounds are so expansive and so beautifully maintained that they are suitable for weddings. The location is very convenient if you have a car - we went into the city for sightseeing and returned to the farm in the evening. The on-site bistro (lume) is a great option for dinner with the kids. The staff was warm and helpful. And the room was clean with a good AC and strong WiFi. We'll be back! Note that they don't offer horse lessons in August but you can call and check if they might have someone available (like we had)

The room is pretty much without any view. The window is blocked from viewing to the surroundings. As we just had a short stay, this is not even a thing that we didn't like, only that it's what it lacking in the accommodation.

We love the fact that we were able to check in at the very late hours since our flight arrived late at night. The check-in process was smooth. The room is decent for our short stay, clean, and everything in place. It's very quiet and we enjoy our short morning walk within its surroundings. The breakfast is quite simple, yet it can make you full till lunchtime.

Everything was perfect. The staff even adapted to our needs. Helped to open gates to drive off at 4AM at night, helped to get breakfast earlier. It was SUPER

It was just amazing. From the booking page i didnt even notice that the place is at a ranch. And has amazing staff, service, breakfast, greal location near a shopping mall. Its just super!

Food at restaurant was not very good. Service however was excellent. Maybe it was because the restaurant was closed due to a private event.

There was a strong funny smell in the room and when I mentioned that at the check out,the person didn't offer any compensation,just said that they will pass on the message to the management,which was not what I was expecting.

The staff was really helpful at check in ,the restaurant had lovely dinner options and the breakfast was good.The place is interesting as it has equestrian training school.
