Lovely location, gracious friendly host, I would definitely stay here again

No mini fridge in the room, however there is one on the floor.

Awesome place for anyone who likes peace and quiet! Our family especially liked the pool and the pingpong table in the yard! The breakfast is the best I have ever had and the vegan dietary restriction of one of the travellers was dealt beatifully. We will definately come back if we are in the area!

Place is wonderful,old house maintained with a lot of love and care. Great pool. Great garden. Nice and comfortable rooms with comfortable beds.

Small remark,just to buy a new and bigger fridge for rooms sharing.

It is not that far away, 23 km from the hotel i intended to go to, but for everything i have found in there, comfort, peace and very good energy, it was more than worth it. Traffic in that area is not heavy so with local road you get to the point in 20 minutes. Breakfas was partly homemade, swimming pool clean and the water was warm.

Everything was nice. If it was inside city, would't have the charm.

Beautiful, quiet place. just out of town , but still close enough so you can take a walk for dinner in town. Room was spanking clean, excellent shower. Great rich breakfast. Host was kind , helpfull and efficient. Pieve di cento a quiet little interesting town.

We loved eveything, perfect stay. The best breakfast ever with a really excellent choice (those cakes!) and the best cappuccino ever. We were taken care all the time and we had a very good sleep as well, because everything was so quiet. So, if you fancy a calm stay close to Bologna, then this is the place. PS. Extra points for kittens. :)

A lovely old farmhouse in quiet countryside but very close to the interesting old town of Pieve di Cento. Andrea was a thoughtful host, the breakfast was big and delicious and we had a lovely walk by the little river to the dyke, seeing butterflies and a kingfisher by the bridge where lots of fish try vainly to leap the weir. You have to go quite a way down the Via Carbonara but the Agriturismo is well-marked. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice.

No criticisms

This agriturismo is located in a nice characteristic and charming 300 year old house. The owners Andrea and Tatiana turned it into a lovely agriturismo. The rooms are spacious and all have airconditioning, the beds are super comfortable. We had a normal twin bedroom and one room with two bedrooms in it. This room has one main entrance and behind the entrance is a small hallway with one single bedroom, one bathroom and one double bedroom. Perfect for a small family, or if you have three kids or like us one teenager who likes to have a room to himself. The breakfast is delicious, Tatiana bakes two cakes every single day so there is an amazing variety to choose from. Fruits, fresh orange juice, cheeses.... and if you want anything else like eggs they prepare it for you. The garden and the swimming pool is beautiful, the pool is big and you have a nice view over the fields. A perfect place to relax. Andrea can recommend nice places for dinner in the neighbourhood, there are good restaurants nearby (by car). And of course beautiful Bologna is nearby to soak up some culture.

Wear flip flops in the area around the pool because there are bees who like the nectar from the small flowers in the grass. Bees are important and they won't hurt you unless you step on them like I did 😆.

The host is very accommodating, helpful, and exceptionally friendly - excellent breakfast with homemade delicacies and outstanding service. The pool is nestled in the landscape and is perfect for swimming and relaxing. Children can explore away from roads and traffic. The location is truly superb, with great local restaurants offering homemade cuisine and delicious ice cream shops nearby. Bologna and Modena are also within easy reach.

We had the feeling that we came to visit our good friends. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious - the best coffee. There are a lot of animals on the territory - our daughter was happy. Nice and clean swimming pool. If we go to these places again, we will definitely stay here

Lovely hosts, clean and large room, great breakfast, wonderful walk by the river straight from the farm, they went the extra mile for my wife's birthday and arranged for flowers
