Everything! It was great for our family of 5. We were also traveling with another family (4) so it was great that we could each have our own accommodation but hang out during the day by the pool.

This spacious 3 bedroom villa with 3 ensuite bathrooms was perfect for our family of 5. We appreciate the welcoming local wine, biscuits, milk & bread. The beds were comfortable. We loved the pool. We will return to this stunning location and property.

We loved our stay at Agriturismo Macinatico, we chose to have a very chilled day by the wonderful heated pool, looking out to San Gimignano. Everything was as expected with the accommodation, clean, nice service and great welcome basket. Thank you for a great stay

Only real downside was only one 2 seater sofa in the daytime living area and dining chairs. Not good for 4 adults in family in evenings. Probably not an issue in high summer but by September we were needing somewhere to sit in evenings

Excellent site, lovely views of vineyard, close to San Gimignano and easy to visit northern Tuscany. Bedrooms good and bathrooms, lots of towels and toiletries provided. Kitchen a bit more basic but fine. Lovely welcome box of milk, water, biscuits, croissants, preserves. Coffee and tea in cupboard. Made it easy for family who flew over to meet us. Lots of parking, lovely garden and pool. Access to laundry only 2E to wash, dryer 3E really easy. Table and chairs in own semi-private space outside was lovely. Definitely recommend staying here.

The road next to the apartment building was busy early in the morning with trucks making noises driving by.

We loved the apartment. 4 of our friends, each had a bedroom and a bathroom. The welcome basket was filled with goodies that were so good when we didn't have a chance to go to the grocery store. The outdoor garden with a sitting area was so good. Watching the sun set from the bedroom window was even more amazing. Having a driver to and from to the wineries and activities were very helpful.

This property was amazing! Barbara was there to greet us and had prepared a lovely welcome pack which was great after the journey and as we arrived on a Sunday evening. The apartments were spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. The owners had thought of everything - both inside and outside the apartment. A private space front and back to get some shade and eat al fresco and a fantastic pool which was never busy and had enough sun loungers for all. There is also a well equipped laundry on site!

We loved the location and it's proximity to local train stations. The pool was a favorite with all our family! The 2 bedroom apartment was so well equipped as we cooked most evenings. We would certainly return and recommend to our friends. The cot for our baby who is 2 was very comfortable. Staff were so helpful too. Laundry facilities were fab! Thank you again.

No meals onsite.

This is a lovely well maintained property with beautiful grass, olive trees and flowering shrubs. The large outdoor pool was clean and big enough to swim laps. We rented a 2 bedroom unit with kitchen. The host does not provide any meals. It’s a great location to explore San Gimignano and other areas of Tuscany. Lots of free parking and quiet retreat.

Loved the location, pool, and apartment, with very nice staff. There are at least two buildings that house the various apartments. One large rectangular building with four apartments (3-5 bedrooms faces San Gimignano, on the hill in the near distance, best viewed from the pool. We rented a three bedroom apartment which included one bedroom and one attached bathroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms and 2 baths attached upstairs. All the rooms were a very comfortable size and the bathrooms were beautiful. Our cute living space downstairs included two couches, TV, table for 6, and a kitchen with coffee pot, refrigerator and stove with oven. When we arrived, a bottle of their wine along with a variety of breakfast foods (mini croissants, crackers, cookies, and juices, among other things) was waiting for us on the counter. We hand washed dishes each day, taking us back to our childhood. In front of each apartment is a rectangular table with umbrella and six chairs. 2 shared washing machines are available near the office s few yards away. Drying racks are provided at the apartments, which are very quiet inside. We loved it!

Wow!!! A fabulous find! Great location 10 mins from the town. Barbara was amazing (and all the staff) especially when we locked ourselves out one evening). Clean accommodation great facilities and pool with a fabulous view. Would definitely recommend.

The location is great, in the middle if Tuscany at a less than a hour driving distance from Florence, Pisa, Siena and few minutes from San Gimignano. The facilities are great and so are the rooms. Each room has also a garden with place to sit and BBQ. Perfect!!!

Taxi service from nearby train stations very difficult to find perhaps a pick up service for those travelling by train would be better as we were stranded until a man from the nearby cafe offered to drive us to the villa . Also Some sharper knives ( we bought some and left them there including a bread knife) .

Loved all the facilities and the pool so close. Friendly owners and comfortable villa. Washing and ironing facilities very good. Rooms and beds comfortable and clean. We loved it all and sad to leave. The owner noticed from my passport it was my birthday the day we arrived and returned it to me with a bottle of wine. A lovely gesture I thought.

This place is amazing! We absolutely loved staying at this agriturismo. The apartment is so spacious and has everything (and more) that you need. The owners even provided us with a welcome food parcel, which we really appreciated. The pool and air-conditioning was such a pleasure to be able to use in the Italian heat. We would certainly stay there again (if we can afford it).

Couldn't fault it!

I had previously only seen Tuscany through movies so to arrive and have your expectations met was really something else! The view from Agriturismo was amazing, the pool was huge and relaxing and the accommodation itself was all you could ask for. We were a group of 13 adults over 2 apartments. We had a wonderful meal sitting outside our accommodation, drinking wine and watching the sunset. It was a shame that we didn't stay longer but definitely worth returning to.
