Family owned farm house, lovely hosts that really care to provide all your needs. Very Good restaurant, lovely palm and grape trees, the apartment was nice and comfort, you can see the astonishing view from all of the apartments windows. Lovely pool. Close to supermarkets. Go for it.

Beautiful location. The restaurant was great, such delicious food. We used the shuttle to town a lot - a great service. Very friendly, helpful staff.

We loved the location- central to visit the hill towns of Tuscany but quiet and charming. The staff were extremely kind and helpful and the food delicious. We highly recommend!

After only spending four nights at this gorgeous property, it felt like home and family 🙏 all staff are exceptionally kind, but Andrea, the host, is something on a different level. He will go above and beyond to look after his guests, and I am so grateful & thankful for everything, and for discovering this amazing place and family. The restaurant on site is just wonderful as well. I look forward to coming back 🙏💗

I like PEPA

This was the most wonderful stay. Incredible views, homey feel, fantastic service. May sound silly but we loved our bathroom - impeccable with many places to hang things and put toiletry bags, etc - a rare find in a hotel! Feels like we found a hidden gem and would absolutely return.

It is a dream in Tuscany: excellent view, the olive tree garden, the breakfast, the room wich respects all the clasic arhitecture; the restaurant. Highly recommended

It’s not often you get such a lovely combination of staff and facilities. Given the option we would always choose the welcome above the facilities but at Nobile there was no need to choose as they were both superb. This beautiful farm is rich with the love and pride that Andrea and his team very obviously have for it and we loved every moment of our stay. From recommending walking and cycling routes to offering a free shuttle service to and from Montepulciano and on top of everything running a busy and very successful restaurant, nothing felt like too much trouble. Our apartment was spotlessly clean as was the pool and the location is utterly breathtaking. Just wow, and huge thanks to the whole team ☺️

Andrea and his family / staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful in every respect. They offer all sorts of facilities like a shuttle into and out of the old town of Montepulciano. We had two lovely dinners at the property, sitting in a serene garden setting. Would certainly stay at this property again in the future. Thanks so much, Andrea (and team)

A beautiful property with a very helpful host.Andrea was there to deliver and pick us up whenever we needed. The rest of the staff were very friendly and always attentive to our needs. We loved our stay at Agriturismo Nobile. The pool area was amazing and the food in both the breakfast and the Restaurant was excellent.

Excellent location with breathtaking views. The rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Andrea is an excellent host who works very hard to ensure his guests have the best experience. He was very kind to book us a special dinner reservation at the incredible restaurant “oliveto” on the property complete with a delicious birthday cake for one of our family members. The family is so accommodating and friendly. It was a pleasure staying here for five nights, we only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!
