Our stay at Agriturismo Spolert Winery was nothing short of spectacular! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The warm hospitality truly set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The winery itself is a gem, offering amazing wines that were a delight to taste. We loved being able to stroll through the picturesque vineyard, soaking in the stunning views of the valley. The highlight was sipping drinks in the Winery Garden, which overlooks the entire valley—an absolutely breathtaking setting that made every moment special. Everything about this place exudes charm and care. The staff’s genuine warmth, paired with the incredible wine and gorgeous surroundings, made our stay perfect. We can’t recommend Agriturismo Spolert Winery enough for anyone looking for a welcoming, scenic, and wine-filled getaway!

A unique and peaceful place with beautiful views of the vineyards. Excellent hospitality, delicious breakfast, and, of course, the option to buy wine. It can be a great base for trips to Slovenia or to Friuli and Venezia Giulia.

Location is beautiful and quiet, breakfast was great. Lots of parking space, great view all around. Gabrielle was super friendly to us and our dog, made us feel very welcomed. Everything was exactly how we expected (maybe even exceeded our expectations). Lots of things to see and explore around (old cities, parks in nature/woods, the sea is also close by car). For example we went to see Palmanova, Udine, Cividale del Friuli, Corno di Rosazzo, castles along the coast to Trieste, Bibione (at the seaside, with dog friendly beach), Venezia and many more! We will for sure choose this location again if/when we will return to the area. Their wine is also something qualitative, you don't want to miss on that!

We stayed one night here and wished we could have stayed longer! The winery has a beautiful setting and it is easy to visit more of Friuli or Slovenia with a car. The hosts, the room, the location, and the wine were all fabulous. I highly recommend!

Had some trouble with hot water on the day of the arrival and the next morning, but it got sorted out the following day. They are using solar power so thumbs up for thinking of the environment and no further hard feelings on the subject. They offered compensation for the trouble so definitely a very customer satisfaction orientated approach! If I would to change sth. I would love the apartment dining room/kitchen chairs to be more comfortable for longer sitting.

Winery is in a beautiful rural setting and is run by a very sympathetic couple. The winery is also their place of residence and not only the business, so definitely the touch you feel staying there. We were greeted by the host Riccardo and got a taste of the wine from the winery as well as an introduction to the region, very helpful! Also Riccardo spoke well English so no fear that one couldn't communicate. Breakfast was an additional offer and was served in the adjacent building to the accommodation, it was delicious and well worth the money. Parking was on the premises and convenient. Apartment we stayed in was the double bedroom situation with a separate kitchen and a bathroom. Amenities were all there and bedrooms comfortable. There was a common sitting area in the kitchen space, that consisted of a table with 4 chairs, that wasn't all that comfortable for a gathering of the family, but hey they left enough of the wine in the room that after the first bottle one didn't care much :)

We were a bit cold during the night - was able to use the airconditioner for heating but the central heating was already off.

Excellent location - right in the hills, surrounded by the vineyards. Super kind host - always available and really customer focused. The breakfast was superb - one cannot expect more. The view is great - both from the apartment and from the other facilities. And of course let's mention the great wines that you can explore right on the site. Some great restaurants are in few min. drive. You can walk, hike or bike - around the Prepotto region and the nearby Brda region in Slovenia (only 2 km).

I think the bottom line for any accommodation is - would you stay there again? We definitely plan to stay here again and are already planning the trip in the next few weeks. From the arrival through to the check-out, the winery, accommodation and host easily scored 10 on every measure. The room was clean and warm. The beds were very comfortable prompting my wife to comment 'why aren't our beds at home this nice'. The location worked very well for us as we went for some bike rides to the Adriatic and also into the mountains. Then we enjoyed excellent wine in the evening. This is a true Agriturismo with working winery and a host that knows and explains the details about the grapes, wines and distribution. The views are lovely - I thought the landscape view on Booking was taken from the tourism board, but it's actually from the back yard of the wine shop. The surroundings are quiet and in just a few days we felt restored as if spending a week away.

Riccardo replied super quick to messages regarding check-in and other questions. We were welcomed very nicely at the wine estate and I had an amazing wine tasting in the evening. Of course I bought some wine to take home (recommendation!). The view of the vineyards is stunning and the surrounding is very relaxing and quiet. The apartment itself is clean, spacious and well-equipped. Riccardo served us a very generous breakfast with local products. I wish we stayed longer than 1 night.

Great location for exploring Collio&Goriška Brda. The rooms are very well equiped, clean and the breakfast is fabulous. We will come back for sure.
