The main issue we encountered was one night when we returned late, around 10:30 PM. In the parking lot, we were suddenly surrounded by a pack of about five stray dogs. They were extremely aggressive—growling, circling us, and trying to bite our dogs from our hands. It was terrifying as these dogs are quite big. Thankfully, we managed to get inside safely but they followed us all the way to our room. When I told the owner, he said he had reported the stray dogs to the authorities several times but no action was taken. He also said that he never received any complaints similar to ours. This seems to happen when the dogs group together, not when they are alone. So, if you plan to bring pets or return late at night, please be very cautious.

The room was a bit small, but it was very clean and well-maintained, with sheets changed and the room tidied almost every day. Breakfast in the morning was good, although because you are in the middle of nature, there are quite a few bees around during breakfast time. The pool was nice and big enough, but the pool bar was always closed. The restaurant only opens in the evening, but their house wine is fantastic and highly recommended. The property itself is beautiful, with two horses and a pony roaming freely. They are very friendly and add a lovely touch to the atmosphere. We traveled with our two dogs and paid extra for them, which was no problem.

Restaurant opens at 7pm so if you're looking for lunch, you will need to make other arrangements. Restaurant portions are a bit on the small side for the price but overall still a very positive experience and definitely recommend.

We rented a quadruple room. Room was big enough to add two baby cots. Room was sound proofed, clean, mattresses comfortable enough. Pool area was fantastic offering shade under trees and was never over populated. The estate is large and spacious having many areas/green spaces/courtyards where the kids can play. It was always very peaceful and never crowded. They also have a stable with horses which you can pet, cats, dogs and chickens which the kids loved. Restaurant food quality, breakfast and dinner, is very good. Staff were very accommodating with setting up space at the table for our twin toddlers.

The room was very small and had to go out of it in order to connect with the Wi-Fi. Even the mobile data didn’t work within the room. Unfortunately, we also had ants in our room.

The staff were very nice and the pool was large.

We stayed in three rooms. In one room, there were many bugs like centipede, crickets and a cockroach. In the other room, the toilet was broken. And in the third room; there was noise coming from the ceiling which could mean bats or rats and I didn’t see any bats flying around. Another thing is punctuality upon check in. We arrived before three, the reception opened at 3 pm but the staff arrived at 3:30 and he didn’t apologise. The rooms were not cleaned at all the three nights we were there; they just go to the room and ask you if you need toilet paper and there is not many staff after 11am. So if you need anything, there is no one to help you.

The outer fields were well kept, clean and there were nice views. The rooms were comfortable but the furniture is quite old, however, it is advertised as a rustic hotel. The pool was a nice activity to do especially on a hot day. The breakfast was fair but not much variety, most of the things were already marinated with oregano and olive oil so it would be nice to have plane eggs and plane bread.

We very liked our stay in Agriturismo Val Di Noto. The place is very nice, the big garden is impressive. Additionally, there is a big, clean swimpool and very tasty breakfast. Our room was quite small but there is everything what is needed! We recommend the place!

All tolerable but worth mentioning as improvement ideas maybe: Real/proper Italian coffee/cappuccino at breakfast would be appreciated (not from a smaller coffee machine). On the 1st night our shower was not warm but was ok on the following 2 nights ( maybe we had it earlier in the day). Our king bed mattress was way too soft ( but single bed’s - fine), but some pillows are too hard & too big. Some hooks/shelves in the room, in addition to the wardrobe & chest, would be useful - to put/hang things on. Restaurant meal portions for the price could be more generous although very good quality & taste. WiFi dropped but we used our own.

Great green location,- tucked away in a lemon /orange /mulberry trees orchard between the towns of Avola & Noto. Very pretty & quite large. Excellent breakfast included, good choice of savoury & sweet options (my favourite - omelette, mortadella, cornettos & fresh mulberries). Superb & clean swimming pool, with sunbeds in the shade of mulberry trees around the perimeter. The owners are building a bar there, to serve drinks & snacks during the day, as the restaurant opens from 7pm only & is closed for dinner on Tuesdays. The staff accommodated our late evening 11pm arrival without paying late check-in charge. Good supply of towels & toiletries, fridge in the room, as well as kettle & black tea bags for Northern Europe tea drinkers (not camomile powder tea), you can always ask for more /different types. Mind you there is a mixture of sockets in the room, some need the right type of socket adapters & don’t take a standard European one. Tables on the patio outside the door under the trees if you want to eat/ drink/ read a book/ have a candle lit romantic time. Local produce sold in the reception. Few paths to take to various areas to explore the farm. You can walk to the horses stables (shame the horse riding sessions are early, only between 7am & 8am, cost €30 per hour). The farm is 10 min drive to Avola beach with free parking & bars / eating places nearby - and we liked it better than the famous Fontane Bianche beach. Also 15 min to Noto, a UNESCO baroque town. Good for day trips to Syracuse, Ragusa, Modica. If you stay on the farm, you can find what to do - watch the horses, cats, chickens in the pen, lizards, irrigation water warming pool along some cacti alleys & kitchen herbs/veg plots, or crack some almonds to eat, left on a table there together with the tools. There is a little children play area & some sport equipment.

The bathrooms are clean but dated (they could do with some modernisation). The wifi is not great either (especially inside the rooms having some dead spots).

The venue is tucked away in a tranquil valley on the outskirts of Noto. The city center is very close by car. The staff is very helpful and the layout of the premises is really nice.

Beautiful location in the agricultural wonder land of SE Sicily! The glories of the Mediterranean climate and biome are completely on display here and the lodgings are simple, comfortable and appropriate. Nice walking in the hills around the facility and there is a very nice vineyard (Tenuta Palmeri) just down the road where we did a wine tasting.

I believe our room was one of the smaller ones on the property and we chose this because we stayed for only 1 night. The bathroom was very tiny and the water didn't get hot, wasn't freezing but could have been better, we also didn't find the need to complain about this because we only stayed for the one night. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will most likely go again in the future if we decide to stay in the area.

Very lovely agritourism with spectacular ambience and areas to explore. Breakfast was the best we had in Sicily with both sweet and savory options. Pool was very large and nice. Bed and pillows were comfortable as well. We also had dinner at the restaurant which was absolutely delicious!

    Nothing!

Lovely location on a lemon farm. Nice selection of varied foods at the self service breakfast. Excellent restaurant. The food was so good we ate there on 3 nights of the 4 we were staying. It was lovely to be able to eat out on the shaded terrace. The restaurant staff were charming, so helpful and friendly. Good powerful shower. Really appreciated the fridge in our room. Great swimming pool with lots of loungers. Would definitely recommend.

Super nice location surrounded by nature and sea view on top. As we’ve arrived we felt an immediate ease. The restaurant is very good. We,ve had an Easter lunch menu there and dinner once and both very our best meals during our whole stay in sicily. Our room was basic but cute.

Rooms were quite basic. Very bright light bulbs I ended up covering with paper bags to obtain somewhat better lightning environment in the evening;). Restaurant: price to quality ratio a bit too high. Ok for one dinner, but not more.

Recommend writing 'toilet paper' on the sign in English about the toilet paper going in the bin instead of the toilet and having this pointed out when shown around, as well. We were a bit disappointed with the evening meal - flavours and meat quality and felt under pressure to eat more!

Easy check in, lovely quiet rooms, beautiful property, fabulous pool.
