It was a bit of a drive out of town but lovely restful setting. Hosts were quite friendly and helpful.

Breath taking views and a great place for tranquillity and unspoilt surroundings. The room was large enough and had all necessary amenities.

I would have preferred another pillow each and possibly a bit softer.

This place is genuinely very, very special. The room is superb, the breakfast is exceptional, but the best thing is the hosts who are the kindest and most welcoming couple ever. By far the best stay of our entire trip.

The road to the house is a bit rough, but it's worth the effort!

The house is located just outside the city on the hill ..5 to 10 min driving from the beach or city center.....is quiet , clean and comfortable... we had the breakfast on the veranda that has an amazing view on the countryside...the breakfast is excellent , they baking fresh croissant every morning....we get also tosted bread, butter and jam plus strawberry fruit and orange juice....plus 2 pieces of chocolate cake and jam cake and more .. not possible to eat all of it . Rita and Francesco are so lovely and always happy to help and solve any request.. ..really nice and kind persons.. ..the price is absolutely honest the service is good and friendly... I suggest this place for couples or group of friends... not for families with kids...

Overall was all ok ..the only small issue was the water of the shower that goes cold for a couple of seconds in a while you shower... not really a problem...

The last part of the road is off road. It's rural so you hear roosters and dogs.

Very nice place, up in the hills. Beautiful view. Exceptional nature. Your own house, separate from the owner's house. Great breakfast. Superb landlord, who makes you feel at home.

A bit far from civilization. For those who are frightened easily; wild boars run around the property during the night. Technically maybe some maintenance needed (toilet, airco).

Location amazing, great breakfast eaten overlooking the lush valley. The hosts Rita and Francesco were most welcoming and the room with the terrace had super lovely views.

Friendly confortable and great environment

It is a great setting looking over a rural valley but the star of the stay was the old couple that run the place. They were super welcoming it was like meeting the Italian grand parents I did not know I had.

Amazing location, the accomodation has magnificent views. Its very quiet. The hospitality of the owner was exceptional, he got up hours before the usual breakfast time on a Sunday morning to make sure we can eat before we set off to the airport.

Fantastic staff, beautiful place and great bteakfast. The owners make you feel at home from the first minute. Cannot wait to be back!
