Everything was perfect.

We had nice decorated room with enough space for baggage. Interesting location in short distance to nice beaches. Superfriendly owner with many recommandations. Lovely brekfast.

Nothing to do with the property but I personally did not like the area very much. There was not much to do during the heat in the middle of the day, it was almost 40 degrees in the beginning of July almost throughout the entire day. Would visit the area again maybe in September/October.

Cute little farm house property in the middle of Salento. It was quiet and peaceful to sleep, cleaning service was good and the rooms were cleaned every day. Lucia was great, friendly and very smiley. The breakfast by Lucia was delicious, she made us the best eggs for breakfast every morning.

The swimming pool was not working even though it was advertised!

Very nice renovated property in the countryside and the friendly lady who welcomed us. Pet friendly. We were able to get nice italian breakfast with fresh croisants early so we could go sightseeing before the heat set in.

I liked everything!

I loved everything! Peace, quiet and birdsong, phenomenal… Sunset by the pool while drinking a beer… The owners are very kind, and the lady made me an excellent breakfast and coffee… I'll be back at the first opportunity…

Sockets near the bed were not accessible due to the headboard. Visiting in the pre-season (beginning of May), the location was not the best. If visiting during summer, to explore beaches in the area, the location would likely make more sense.

Amazing hospitality of the owners, it felt almost like visiting friends. We were even given a bottle of a great rose wine as a welcome drink. The room was clean, nicely decorated and cosy. The breakfast was good, with home-made cakes, although the variety can be improved.

Accommodation is superb, from great location, to peaceful environment and great hosts. If you have a chance to make a reservation do it without hesitation. We will decide come back!

There is so much love and attention in every detail. Lucia is such a honest and warm host and her breakfasts with home made cakes and salty express options were the highlight. The rooms have everything you need, including a very comfy mattress and cushions. The bathroom even had a diffuser for girls with curly hair like me. Outside every room there is a nice sitting area to add on to the pool. This B&B and the hosts really invites to stay longer, and to come back.

Tenuta margarita is an unforgettable place. You are welcomed by Lucia and Cipriano, who are warm, friendly, and make you feel immediately at home. The rooms are lovely and very clean. They have a nice pool area to relax by. It's in an ideal location only a few km from the beach and close to places to visit like Lecce and Gallipoli. I don't think you can find a better place to stay.My compliments to Lucia and Cipriano for our wonderful vacation. Highly recommend.

It was all great

Quiet place, nicely furnished by the two owners Cipriano and Lucia, who make you feel really at home. The patio is green and fresh. Sofas here and there to sip some nice local wine. The rooms are immediately giving you a scent of lavanda and are comfortably big . Wonderful wife shower and a special remark to the olive based shower soap. Breakfast in the patio is the cherry on the cake , to be tasted the home brewed pomegranate juice.

The hosts were amazing and their friendliness and helpfulness exceeded our expectations. Lucia went with us to a local masseria where my boys could see and cuddle all the animals and taste local products. The rooms are cleaned daily. And best croissants I've eaten in Italy are served for breakfast. We will be back for sure.

Television was not working.... We only saw the tenant of the place upon arrival and when leaving; but he was available "on line".

Francesca is the best to take care of the guests : she does everything and gives advices about places to visit and restaurants nearby.

Excellent! Wow what a location, beautiful surroundings. Sunset over the old monastery. Close enough to the sea. Hosting Family couldn’t be better, so lovely and friendly. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.
