It's close to the city center, very clean and good Wifi

The sound isolation needs to be improved

It has a character. The olive trees in the front yard and the wooden stove are special. The private parking on site. The size of the apartment is nice. The kitchen is well equipped. The AC in the bed room was nice and necessary to have a good sleep after a hot day. The bed is comfortable.

The heat in the dinning and living room. At night we couldn’t open the front door because of insects and the ventilation wasn’t enough to make the room cool. The absence of wifi. The washroom can be better equipped with extra toilet paper, garbage bin and a bag, shampoo and soap of some kind.

ok location, clean and with a large bathroom.

We met nobody during our staying, the key was left in a keybox. That made the experience quite impersonal. Besides, our room was on the street, not silent at all. Every morning at 7.30 the coffe shop downstais was using the vacuum cleaner right under our balcony. Breakfast was good with a cupong at the same coffe shop, but just one coffe and a pastry. There is a kitchen, but with very few utensils, in practice very difficult to use. Pictures on the Booking site are not lojal: at the place in Orosei there is no garden and no outdoor place.

The room was fine, it had nice balcony, nice bathroom and guarantees parking spot. The breakfast was great.

The furniture was a but outdated and it was very noisy. The air conditioning was blowing directly to the bed.

Very clean, stylish design, nice staff waiting for us despite arriving late. Close to the city centre. Nice fresh breakfast with great coffee next door

The stay was very comfortable, centrally located with plenty of space for car parking in and around the building. The highlight for us was the free breakfast at Pasticceria Saint Honore'! It served some of the most delicious bakery products we have ever had!

The building is very noisy. People came into the building throughout the night. As a solo traveller I would not recommend the accommodation. In general, there was a strange atmosphere in the building. The view of the garden was a disaster. It smelled bad on the street. I cancelled my stay after one night and moved.

Great location, the owner is really friendly and helpful, the cafe where you great breakfast is delicious. Lots of nice beaches and restaurants close by

The room has a strong smell of musty air the whole trip and the room isn’t cleaned at all during the stay which was unexpected

The location war really good and the bakery where we had our free breakfast war so yummy. The room was so comfortable.

Great value, big room, exactly what I needed

WiFi connection was not consistent. I had to go downstairs each time to get connection for the first few days. Locks were also suddenly changed and I got locked out, but the problem was fixed quickly.

The room was lovely and clean, very central with parking near by.

They had great breakfast and the owners were super friendly and nice.

The property is very difficult to find and the owners are not very responsive via text or booking messages
