However, we were surprised to read your remarks regarding the breakfast, as we take pride in offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality sweet and savory items. This aspect is often praised by our guests, and we regret it didn’t meet your expectations. Additionally, we have never received comments about the comfort of our breakfast hall, but we will review this feedback carefully. As for the elevator, being located in a historic Venetian palazzo limits the possibility of installing a larger lift, and we do our best to ensure its efficiency. Regarding the amenities, all rooms are equipped to align with our standards, but we will re-evaluate to see where we can improve. We deeply value your input and will use it to refine our services further. We are pleased to inform you that the ceiling in your room is adorned with original 18th-century frescoes, which are not only a remarkable part of the building’s history but are also protected by the city authorities, as our palazzo is a recognized historic landmark. These frescoes are carefully preserved to maintain their authenticity and cultural significance. Regarding the check-in experience, we regret that we couldn’t assist you in Spanish on this occasion. While our team member does not speak Spanish, he is fluent in French, English, and Italian. It is not always possible for everyone to speak all languages, but we strive to make every guest feel welcome and supported to the best of our ability. We are sorry to hear about the issue with the shower pressure. Please rest assured that we take such feedback seriously and will address this matter promptly to ensure it is resolved.
