Dear EKATERINA, thank you for your review. We are sorry that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. However, we feel it is necessary to clarify some points that you marked as negative but which we believe are the result of misunderstandings or miscommunications. The breakfast at Ai Cavalieri is rated as excellent by 95% of our guests, offering a rich variety. We do not understand why you described it as "poor"; it surprises and saddens us that you did not enjoy it. Regarding the seating capacity, the breakfast room and the terrace are adequately sized for our 33 rooms, and it is very rare for our guests to have to wait for a table. In your case, you only had to wait for a table for four to be set up, as the available tables were all prepared for two. Then, by your own choice and without asking, you moved to a smaller table on the terrace. For blankets and duvets, our standard provides one per bed. In your case, with one double bed and one French sofa bed, you received two duvets. Upon request, we would of course provide more (although it is summer), but you did not make such a request. Ai Cavalieri does not have a restaurant, and this is clearly stated on all the booking platforms where we are listed. Since there is another hotel (Ai Reali) with an excellent gourmet restaurant just a short distance away, we recommend it to our guests, and they can enjoy a significant discount.
