Strange impression when you enter the gates and walk through the yard, walk up the stairs. but on the 1st floor you find this nice and “feel like a home” hotel.

Excellent location, right next to all transports, easy also to walk to town, the hotel is in a lovely courtyard, our room was at the end of the corridor so away from the breakfast area, which we much preferred. Breakfast was surprisingly great. As a last minute booking due to a cancelled flight we were absolutely pleased with choosing this hotel.

Room had some issues, needed a pain job in some places and you could hear when people upstairs flushed due to the building being old. Also not enough storage in the bathroom.

Location was fantastic with metro right outside and within a mile of downtown and Milano Central. Staff and the breakfast spread were also fantastic!

A very clean, tidy, comfortable and stylish hotel. The mattress was really comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and very nicely laid out. The location was perfect, metro station just a stones throw away.

Just minor details, maybe I should not even mention them... A bit of a poor choice of breakfast dishes, no access to coffee machine - you have to ask the staff to prepare your coffee. Of course everything is very tasty :-) but I used to self-service :-) and wider choice. Sometimes it is noisy early morning when they take out the garbage but it is not the hotel responsibility.

Perfect location, close to city center and all Milano attractions. Metro station and tram stops 50 meters from the hotel. Comfortable room and bathroom. You can leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out. Friendly staff.

My part of the mattress was a bit lumpy and uncomfortable (i have back problems, so mattresses really matter for me). And the pillows were either too big or too soft and low. I guess this is the only minor negative detail I can give.

The staff was very friendly and kind. The location is excellent, very close by to busy areas but on a quiet side street. We enjoyed the breakfast (lots of options and all yummy). The room itself is more spacious than other hotels in Milan and well organized. The cleaning staff does a wonderful job.

We really enjoyed our long weekend at this hotel. It's a little more 'family run style' than a large hotel, but it has unique character because of this. It's in the perfect location, positioned at the end of the high street and right next to the Metro and supermarket. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very attentive at breakfast. The breakfast was a good range of cold foods including savoury and sweet options. A special thanks to Doha who went out of her way to help us when we had realised we left a rucksack full of our belongings on the bus to Milan! She was so helpful and didn't hesitate to keep trying to help us by calling and translating between a number of companies before we were able to locate our bag. We hope you got our gift and thank you again. Without your help our trip would have not been the same. ❤️
