Ambiance, Lovely staff, convenient

Shower had no door, so water flooded the bathroom!

Strange impression when you enter the gates and walk through the yard, walk up the stairs. but on the 1st floor you find this nice and “feel like a home” hotel.

Lovely place to stay. All great indeed. Location next to the metro exit, many shops and restaurants around, home made breakfast & nice staff.

The location of the hotel in Milan is definitely a plus — it's convenient and well-situated for getting around the city. However, that’s unfortunately where the positives end.

The "hotel" is actually just a regular house building with some parts converted into hotel rooms. It's quite difficult to find for the first time, with no clear signage or proper entrance that you'd expect from a typical hotel. The rooms themselves are quite strange and not very comfortable. The ceilings are old and give off a creepy, horror-movie vibe, which made the stay feel unsettling. It definitely does not feel like a professionally run hotel. Breakfast was okay — not great, but not bad either. A major issue was the way they handled personal belongings. We accidentally left some clothing behind and were told it would be kept safe. However, when we returned after some period of time, we were informed that our items had been "lost." This was very disappointing and left a bad impression of the hotel's management and trustworthiness. Overall, I would not recommend this place unless you're only looking for a central location and are willing to compromise heavily on comfort, service, and reliability.

It was in a great location. Staff was kind and attentive.

There were some odd red stains on the bedding but everything else was clean.

Home like place with wonderful staff who made me feel very welcome. The location is a bonus.

There is no coffee facility in the room. Room was smaller than I expected.

Excellent location, right next to all transports, easy also to walk to town, the hotel is in a lovely courtyard, our room was at the end of the corridor so away from the breakfast area, which we much preferred. Breakfast was surprisingly great. As a last minute booking due to a cancelled flight we were absolutely pleased with choosing this hotel.

The room was spacious and up to standard.

The hotel was hard to locate the entrance. Not well indicated at all! The hotel is situated on the first floor. The escalator is very small. It can acomodate 1 person with 1 suitcase only at a time. The reception is tiny and in the waiting room only 2 persons can sit down. Checkout time is around 11 a.m., like most hotels. On the day we checked out, we asked the lady at reception if we could have a late checkout. She said it was fine until 2 p.m. But when we came back at 1:30 p.m., she was gone, and another staff member had told the cleaners to remove all our belongings from the room. That was frustrating, as we were not late.

The property was so comfortable and clean. The people were nice and the breakfast was excellent.

They have a varied breakfast, which was unusual for most of our locations. The food was good and the hosts made sure guests had what they needed. The location was good for transportation as it is within a block of a subway station. The rooms were clean and roomy. An issue with one of the rooms was fixed quickly. Even though the location is near busy streets, the rooms were quiet.

Not the hotel itself, but it was difficult to get taxi service on Sunday morning to go to the train station.

The room did not meet my expectations considering the price I paid for one night (224 Euros). The air conditioning was extremely noisy and annoying, making it difficult to sleep well. Additionally, the bathroom had a significant issue: the shower door covered only half of the shower area, so every time you take a shower, the area will be ended up soaked with water everywhere in the bathroom ! I do not recommend this hotel if you are looking for comfort, even if you pay a good price like I did :(

Location was fantastic with metro right outside and within a mile of downtown and Milano Central. Staff and the breakfast spread were also fantastic!

Room had some issues, needed a pain job in some places and you could hear when people upstairs flushed due to the building being old. Also not enough storage in the bathroom.

A very clean, tidy, comfortable and stylish hotel. The mattress was really comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and very nicely laid out. The location was perfect, metro station just a stones throw away.
