Agriturismo Bio Aia Della Colonna is located in a quiet and beautiful area overlooking a beautiful landscape. It is a charming property. The hostess Roberta was very helpful, and gave us plenty of recommendations for the nearby attractions and towns. The breakfast was good and hearty, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended property for a getaway.

You need to be very careful when driving up the hill to get there as the road has seen better days.

Beautiful structure and location, a short distance away from Saturnia if that's your main destination, but also close enough to many other places worth visiting. Roberta is a great host and had great advice for everyone, breakfast is very good but definitely don't miss the chance to have dinner there if you can. Overall a lovely stay, would definitely recommend to anyone looking to relax in beautiful Tuscan countryside.

Carefully plan the trip to here (if you have a sport car or heavier motorbike) because it is very easy to find extremely bad road surfaces around.

Beautiful view in the heart of Saturnia / Tuscany, up on a hill. Kitchen was very nice however it was closed on Monday and Tuesday so we had just Wed night to test it. Room furniture was as it displayed on the photos, everything was clean.

It didn't seem very fair to me that I reserved the apartment and PAID for 4 people all obviously needing a bed but only received 3 made beds and then was charged for the sheets to be put on the 4th bed even though there were no sheets on the 4th bed the first night we arrived lol

Everything else was fantastic it was an incredible gorgeous place so soecial! And the food was excellent I highly recommend eating here!!

When we first got there, our room had some flies in the shower and the air conditioning didn’t work, but that got resolved for the next night. The pool was not open yet for the season.

The grounds, the food and the small family feel were wonderful. The food was the best we had in Italy. We loved the traditional Tuscan style food. It was close to the Saturnia therme. Roberta was a sweetheart. We also visited Pitigliano and Sovana but that was a bit farther distance (about an hour through very windy roads).

Incredibile view, quiet place, nice garden. The rooms had direct access to garden and to the living room where breakfast and dinner were served, and this really made us feel like at home. The owners were really welcoming and gave us great advices for visiting the surrounding areas. The food was delicious and authentic.

the quality of the roads are terrible, only SUV`s are able to make it. remote from the hot springs. expensive.

Nothing. Amazing as it is!

Amazing quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Close to the hot springs. Friendly and kind owner. Fantastic food - we have almost all our meals here! Lovely cold pool to dip in when the weather is warm. We even saw some sheeps and pigs wandering past when we were here!

Roberta was the most wonderful host, the food was exceptional and locally produced. The area of the Agriturismo is remote which we absolutely loved, the views are so serene and picturesque (the pool with views of the countryside left us in awe and quickly became our favorite place to be). It was the highlight of our entire vacation! We cannot recommend this place enough for anyone wishing to relax and have some peace and quiet. We hope to come back one day!

May be may be, if a tour of local vinery or olive groves would have been icing on the cake.

Place was stuffy - had a mouldy smell - dishes in kirchenette and in restaurant all cracked ans chipped - bad lighting

It was dirty, there were bugs in the apartment, road was destroyed, there was trash in the attic, the apartment wasn’t equipped, it was dusty.

It is far from Saturnia and hard to get to. Make sure you have a car and expect tiny roads. Also, it is far up the country side, so expect all kind of bugs of enter your room. Breakfast was very basic, no ice under the meat and cheese. The cheese was left out on a counter and there was so many flies on it. May be putting a food cover would help.

The property has a nice view if you picked the panoramic room with a view. It was also clean on our arrival. Roberta was so friendly.

Getting to the place is difficult and the roads are sometimes not paved. The staff hardly speaks English. The heating did not work even after they fixed it and said it was fine. That's why the floor and the toilets were frozen even though we turned on the heating with the air condition. I sent a message because the room was too far to get dressed and leave and they answered me an hour later with some password. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms. The bathroom is big but the shower is tiny. The bidet is not clean. Food: We had dinner there. Fillet of meat was ok. The pasta bolognese was simply not tasty. Neither the pasta nor the meat. And terribly salty. we took a dish of cheeses and honey came with two small pieces of cheese of 4 types. The price did not match the quantity. Breakfast just not! The most basic there is, bread you have to ask for and it is dry and tasteless. The cakes were nice.

It was off the beaten path in a beautiful and unique way! The host were so kind we felt the part of the family. One of our favorite stays in Italy. It was very close to Saturnia, the Hot Springs as well.
