Breakfast is served in a cafe across the street. The breakfast is a cup of coffee, fresh juice and a croissant, so don’t expect a big breakfast buffet. It is however possible to buy extras.

Perfectly clean room, perfect for a family stay. Extremely helpful staff. Great location in the middle of a lively disctrict full of nice restaurants, cafes filled with locals. giving a true vibe of the city away from the ultra touristic centre. A market pops up in front of the door twice a week if you want to enjoy even more like a local.

There are a couple little things and they are all design features. There is no room darkening curtain between the sheer and the window so the light will wake you up and there is nothing to dampen the noise from outside. Also, the spigot in the bathroom doesn’t flow into the basin when washing. It’s aesthetically pleasing but functionality is a miss.

I liked that everything was trendy and new. It was very well kept. The staff was amazing! It should be noted that they aren’t there most of the time but if you need anything at all, they will accommodate.

There are lots of dust bunnies under the bed - try to sweep / vacuum there more often. Not enough storage (shelves, closets, bedside table with storage below), couldn't unpack three days worth of cloths and room isn't large enough to keep a suitcase opened.

it waas sold as a hotel, it is just rooms in a building, and the location is near a metro station but the GPS did not work well the rooms are too small for a couple with two luggage. The shower water was not hot enough

Firstly, the hallway is very narrow, and the reception is located directly in front of the rooms, all on the same floor. There’s little sense of privacy, and the rooms lack proper soundproofing. Every time someone walks through the hallway, you can clearly hear their footsteps and conversations — not ideal in the middle of the night when you're trying to sleep in an already uncomfortable bed. Secondly, the room itself was not clean. There was leftover hair in the bed and visible dust on the mirror and top shelf of the closet. The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable either, with sheets that tangled around me whenever I moved. Regarding check-in and check-out: the receptionist only arrives at 10:00 AM, so I had to wait until then just to store my luggage. When checking out early at 6:00 AM to catch a flight, no staff was present. I was given a WhatsApp number to contact them “outside duty hours” and left the key in the room as instructed. However, as I write this review — 15 hours after leaving — I have yet to receive any confirmation of my check-out, despite messaging them the night before to ask about the procedure. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. For the price, the hotel felt more like a hostel and did not meet expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, or service.

Location is nice. I appreciate that they arranged for an earlier check-in since my flight landed early.

Do not stay here. The photos of the room are misleading—while they make it look like a normal-sized space, the actual room is extremely small (less than 100 sq ft). The building appears to be a converted apartment with no proper lobby or common areas. The reception manager was unhelpful and is only present during limited hours, leaving in the afternoon and not returning until 11 a.m. We reached out for assistance in the evening, but our messages were completely ignored. The room itself was dusty and poorly cleaned. While the location may seem close to Milan’s central district on a map, it’s actually inconvenient and not ideal.

all relations are managed through whatsapp with no human contact. Rooms are small to the point you cannot fit an average size luggage. Breakfast is in a bar on the other side of the street, where you can get a dried croissant and fresh orange juice and a coffee.

The room was tiny, nothing like in the pictures. Also, they provided us with earplugs, which we should have realised was a red flag as we had the worst sleep ever, being awake from someone cleaning outside from 2am onwards

Super clean room and bathroom… great rain shower and comfortable bed and pillows! Its a plus the fridge in the room and the amenities in the bathroom. Excellent communication, we loved the service of the luggage room before and after our stay there! they even offered us to take the umbrella with us after the check out! Amazing neighbourhood with lots restaurants and bars
