The size of the room was quite small for the cost. It had one king bed, one twin bed, and one baby cot, but the room itself wasn't really big enough to accommodate that many people. Additionally, the food at the restaurant was lackluster. The service was great, but the menu needs an overhaul. Lastly, the kid area could benefit from a renovation, as it was a bit outdated. My 11 month old had a blast, so it was perfectly fine, but I think older kids (5-6 years old) may get bored in the area. Lastly, the gentleman bartender at the pool bar wasn't very welcoming when my sister and I grabbed drinks (multiple times). The woman who worked there was fabulous! She made us feel welcome and comfortable! Great service from her!

The proximity to the beach was great! The staff was really considerate. We had to take my infant to the hospital in the middle of the night due to a high fever and they were very concerned. The front staff was able to get in touch with a doctor after hours and we had a consultation prior to the fever worsening. The front desk asked about him whenever we came back to the hotel. They were very considerate. The pools were perfect as they had a kids pool (great for all ages of children) and then a bigger/deeper pool for older kids and adults. There was no lack of chairs to relax in. The bar was very convenient and had a lot of seating in different areas.

The rooms are not big and a little dated, but the general presentation of the hotel and the welcoming atmosphere created by the staff more than made up for that.

The staff were brilliant and the dinners (we were on half board) were a real standout.

Everything about this property was amazing The location was perfect for us as we only had one night and needed to be at the ferry in the morning. Beautiful grounds, wonderful staff, the food at the restaurant was delicious. The sunset was magical. Loved having a pool and beach access. Quiet and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was incredible!

Beach is not so nice - Thera are many many more with better on the island. But it’s free and you can use boat to go somewhere. Or paddle board.

I should’ve rented a car, after days in more centrally located hotels, I didn’t, but could’ve really used it here.

Beautiful, sprawling property surrounded by parks and the ocean. There were tons of facilities for children, but nice for adults too. The dive center seemed very popular. The rooms were clean, but had trouble with the ac and mini fridge wasn’t working. The service was exceptional, Selene at the front desk, waiters, and maintenance were all very professional and welcoming.

The property is outdated, renovations needed and check out time is too rushed.

The staff at the reception were really helpful and nice; in particular Mara was extremely helpful, kind and nice. The rooms were very clean and the greenery of the garden are some of the most fascinating features.

The rooms where outdated and not very comfortable, The size of the shower was extra small. There was a foul smell at the lobby, the beach was not nice. Every day at 9:30 am the housekeeper knocked on our door even though we had the not disturb sign. Both my son and my niece were bitten by mosquitoes during the night we had the AC on no open windows. Additionally the charge 3 euros per pool towel if you wanted to change, I would have preferred that they included this cost in their price per night.

The outside garden was very nice.
