I would have preferred to know that the bar had a menu for late snacks to avoid ordering takeaway, a few minor maintenance and cleanliness issues.

The rooms are a little tired now and could do with updating. The airport shuttle doesn't run in the afternoon or early evening.

FlyOn is very near the airport and is our choice to stay for a night when we arrive on a late flight or have an early morning flight. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, we had an excellent meal in the restaurant. The rooms are a good size with a refrigerator (but no kettle or coffee making facilities), comfortable beds and great showers. The circulation area is modern, very attractive and comfortable, looking out onto woods. The free airport shuttle is a bonus, and there is now a fast monorail train directly to Bologna station, which is a walk from the centre of town.

Nothing comes to mind- we stayed for less than 24hours, so did not make full use of the facilities on offer.

A couple of small downsides: the furniture feels a bit dated for a 4-star hotel, and the bathtub wasn’t as clean as expected. Luckily, we had brought our own slippers from home, which made it less of an issue, but I wouldn’t recommend using the tub barefoot. Overall, the location, shuttle service, and quiet atmosphere made this a great choice for our overnight stay before flying out.

Before booking, I had read several reviews where people were only moderately satisfied with their stay here. Our experience, however, was completely different – we were very pleased with this hotel. The shuttle service runs on a fixed timetable, which makes it really easy to get to and from the airport. Upon arrival, the staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. Our room was spacious, quiet, and well-equipped with amenities such as a TV, bathtub, slippers, and more. We chose this hotel because we had an early flight the next morning, and it was perfect for a restful night. Even though the hotel is close to the airport, the building is designed in such a way that you don’t hear any aircraft noise at all.

Good option for a one-night stay, but with some drawbacks. The bar prices are way too high, and if you come by car you’ll have to pay extra for parking. There’s a free shuttle to the airport, but the schedule is very limited for example, we arrived at 7:30 PM and had to take a taxi to reach the hotel.

Corridors DIRTY. Worn carpets, not clean, dust, pieces op paper on the carpet. Dour smell. Bathroom fixtures worn, tiles that look old and dirty(they maybe clean, but they don’t look the part.

Nothing, would be nice if the shuttle ran 24hours (or to meet incoming flights) but I understand that may not always be practical.

There is no longer a terrace bar with the opportunity to sit outside and enjoy some sunshine while in transit. There is no shuttle bus collection from the airport between 12-9pm, so the only option is a €15 taxi to go about 5mins, but you can’t walk it as there is no footpath around the airport…

Proximity to the airport for a very early flight with shuttle bus included. Small gym with reasonable cardio and weights equipment.

The kid’s bed was a folding guest bed and it was a not straight. For one day, no problem. For longer stay, it might be a problem.

The free shuttle only operates in the morning and evening. We had to organize taxis at 17h in the afternoon to get to the hotel.

The hotel Is very close to the airport, which was perfect for our early morning flight. They also offer a free shuttle service.

Bathroom was ok, although having an anti slip mat might have been a good idea in the bath and the hight of the toilet flush was a bit tough and too high for a disabled person to use. The closeness to the forrest this time of year meant a few mosquitoes and the like snuck their way in which was a bit of a nuisance esp. for a person with an allergy reaction to bug bites. Bit surprised there wasn't a complimentarry tea/coffe and kettle, but it seems to be rare in hotels in Spain so could be a culture difference.

It was close to the airport which was important for us, and the 24h staff verry helpfull. We loved the toasties at the cafe, very good service. The fridge was nice and could store a few things to keep them chilled.

The accommodation needs updating but it is ok for an overnight stay before the flight. They could have given a better price than the airport for a parking space and parked there, but it's the same as 15€ and that's why we parked at the airport
