The toilet flush worked once, you had to wait a while until it had enough water to flush again. Perhaps needs a service.

Very comfortable bed. Good air-conditioning system where you can control it. Television works well. Spacious room I was upgraded to a suite. Thank you.

The wi-fi is not fit for purpose. We couldn't connect in our room at all and when I asked I was told to connect to the next door room's wi-fi. It was then so slow it was unusable. Very disappointing breakfast - prepackaged cakes and biscuits. No oats or eggs and really poor, cheap bread. On returning from breakfast we found a load of ants in our bed. They were on the floor too.

Very characterful hotel in a very run down but interesting area. Very attractive public areas and rooms and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean.

It’s an old building in the historical center. Nothing happened to me, but the narrow old streets don’t give good sensation in the night, don’t feel good walking there.

Comfortable room with good bed, a sofà and coffee machine. Pretty good staff. Good ordinary breakfast.

Too expensive compared to what it is. On the first day they could not find the second key of the room, the internet was not working is our room and when we left the credit card terminal didn’t work. We had to do a wire transfer. Otherwise the hotel is very very central, confortable and breakfast is good.

On my second day I went to breakfast fairly late and a lot of the supplies and food had run out. There were no knives. No whole wheat toast. But give them credit when I asked for these things they were given to me.

The Hotel had a very refined ambience. I believe it stands on an ancient site that was once used for the storage of grain during times of Siege. There were Museum quality artifacts everywhere and I don't think they were reproductions. My room was spacious and comfortable. I had two balconies one for each window. Very handy for my tendency to do some sink laundry and hang it out to dry. Good mini fridge with two bottles of water per day. Breakfast was pretty good and the cappuccini were delicious. It was very close to almost everything I wanted to see in the Centro Storico and elsewhere. They gave me a good restaurant recommendation. The front desk clerk when I checked in was especially impressive but the entire staff was good to great. Very good elevator. I didn't get to try the bar but it looked well appointed. The little lounge area in the foyer of the entrance was comfortable and well decorated.

the small size of the hotel, it’s location worked for me. Although many tourists would not appreciate being in a rundown area. personally I think Toranto has a huge job omits hands but lots of potential in its old town & round the fishing pot on the small sea,

lovely hotel but a parts of the bathroom were a bit tired & could do with a minor refurbishment. the staff were excellent & couldn’t be more helpful if they tire recommending places to eat. that it was the towns saints day. even down to correcting my poor Italian.

Bed was confortable, bathroom was big, staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast had a lot of options, mainly sweet breakfast as it is usual in Italy. Although the rooftop bar was not open, you could order drinks downstairs and drinknthem upstaris or BYOB. :)

It all felt very tired. There was no restaurant or bar. The wi-fi wasn’t working. The staff were pleasant but seemed bored as there were so few people around.

The room I stayed in was spacious and incredibly comfortable, offering excellent value for money. The breakfast provided was decent, providing a good start to the day. A special mention goes to the gentleman at the reception, who was exceptionally polite and helpful. Despite booking the room at the last minute, he graciously offered us an upgrade, which was a delightful surprise. Overall, this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Taranto.
