The first day we got there the hot tub was very dirty, covered in algae, but I noticed they cleaned it on the second day and it was very clean after that.

Absolutely stunning view from the outside sitting area. The room was very clean. The staff were helpful, giving pointers about shuttles and nearby pools that I couldn’t find online. There is a shuttle up for 1.5 euros (it’s only a 15 minute walk but about 350 stairs then up a decent hill - you can do it if you take your time). Breakfast was far far far beyond my expectations for a European hotel.

The staff was available only until 2pm, so, if you need anything from the kitchen there was no availability.

The place is amazing, the views are incredible and the silence invites you to rest and recover. The staff is welcome, the room is super comfortable and all the places are super clean.

Set just a little out of the main square so need to rely on the shuttle bus service (comes every hour- last one back is 10pm and only €1.50pp). There are plenty of taxis and even with the tarrifs displayed, one still tried to charge more which I thought was a little cheeky. You may well be able to walk but this will be very difficult. We are fit but it was a no for us. Not close to any shops/restaurants/pharmacy etc (to be able to walk on foot for most people) which has its drawbacks if you need something quickly.

The room has limited storage space. Although the location is great (close to Ravello centre) it is down a steep hill. Fortunately there is an hourly bus that took us in to the town, so we worked our schedule around that.

Great check-in instructions; excellent breakfast. I could have looked at the view all day.

Very clean and well maintained rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the views are spectacular from the bedroom. The rooms have balcony too. The breakfast was amazing and everyone is very friendly. There was an open jacuzzi tub (which we did not use), but I think this is a great touch.

While it’s less than half a mile from the Ravello’s charming old city center, it was very challenging to get there because of the steep stairs almost all the way up.

Nothing really, everything was great. Breakfast could be better, but it was above average.

The view from our apartment was amazing, looking at Torello village and the coast. Also the neighborhood was super quiet and the location was amazing as it was a 10 min walking distance from Ravello. Daniella was an amazing hostess, giving us guidance and recommendations on how to commute and where to eat. I highly recommend it!!

For us, not young or fit, the location. Too many steps away from the centre of Ravello. There was an excellent hourly local bus, but it finished at 7pm. It meant we could not get into town for dinner in the evening.

Very comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully organised. Lovely breakfast spot looking out to sea. A relaxing place, really quiet at night.

Although we requested detail of parking this was not well communicated. Note there is no dedicated parking and street parking is very difficult to near impossible!

The outside breakfast area, with a stunning view, was great! A Special mention to Marina who prepared our eggs perfect and remembered our choices.

The hot tub wasn’t full or warm, unfortunately

Ravello is beautiful and this was a great place to stay to experience it! Our hosts were very helpful in recommendations and navigating the town. The views are incredible and nothing beats starting the day eating breakfast in the garden!

Better specific directions re location would help as Google sent us to Scala....a village 3KM away where there is another Via Traglio. We were fortunate to find a local resident who drove us 3KM to 24 Via Traglio (Ravello). Confirmation email said "garden view" room.....there was no view. Hot tub was maybe 75F...too cold to enjoy. Better information needed about the local shuttle as for first 36 hours we were unaware and climbed stairs and steep streets for 1.4 KM to reach Ravello.

Traffic issues on Amalfi Coast road were terrible and we arrived 2 hours late, but staff stayed until our arrival. Daniela was excellent in helping with all our requests. Room was impeccably clean and breakfast was excellent. Comfortable bed in a well maintained property..

The room was very small actually and there was nothing we could use to hang our wet towels and bathing suits to dry outside apart from the balcony railing and we couldn't use that because it is rusty in places so it would stain. It's a bit expensive in my opinion compared to the other stays we had in the area and the value we got.

The location is perfect and the view from the room is beautiful. It's a couple of minutes walk to the center of Ravello. The breakfast is served on the green patio overlooking the sea. It's a nice experience.

Nothing, it was a great stay with great people.

Daniela and her family are fabulous hosts. Daniela went above and beyond to help us with restaurant recommendations and suggestions. Breakfast was plentiful and served with amazing views. Her father's lemon cake was delicious! The room was large and again the view was super. The property is located below Ravello and there is a local shuttle bus that stops right outside that can drop you up the hill once an hour. It was €1.50 and was always on time. We walked back down of an evening and it took about 15 minutes.
