We had a wonderful stay at Claudia’s guesthouse! The house itself is beautiful, our room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Claudia gave us such a warm welcome and was incredibly kind to our dog, which made us feel right at home. Even though breakfast was not included, she thoughtfully prepared some treats for us every morning – such a lovely gesture. We truly enjoyed our three days here and can highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you so much, Claudia!

Everything was so well fixed up until the details. Loved the old building, but also that every facility was very modern. Think about a good bed, an airconditioning, a good bathroom, etc. There was even a fridge and a water kettle in the room. Exceptional was also the lovely hostess and the way she mentioned there was no real breakfast, weather in fact, there was. The surprised us with home-made vegan cake and vegan croissants. Finally, the village of Gravedona is very pittoreske and the accommodation is very centrally located in an area with cute alleys. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Second time staying here. A beautiful property in a cool old building in a great location with welcoming and helpful hosts (and a cute dog who stops by sometimes). A short walk from the center of town, the ferry terminal, and several restaurants. Can’t recommend it enough, hope to come back again soon.

This was a charming place and the hosts were exceptionally gracious. It was a great place to get a sense of Gravedona, a lovely small Italian community on lake Como.

A wonderful experience! The hostess is incredibly kind and helpful, and both she and her partner have a truly beautiful attitude toward animals, which we really appreciated. Although breakfast isn’t officially included, in reality, everything you might need in the morning is there – water, fruit, coffee, pastries, jams, sweet treats, and the hostess even offered us yogurt. The accommodation is part of a historic castle, which gives the whole stay a unique and special atmosphere. Just a short walk away, there’s a beautiful viewpoint overlooking the countryside. The town itself is small, but feels like it’s just on the verge of being discovered – peaceful for now, with a lovely and welcoming charm. We truly felt at home here. The owners' approach deserves applause. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully detailed. We’re rooting for the owners – and for those still hesitating: don’t. It’s absolutely worth it!

Host was awesome! She even made real Italian Tiramisu for us, which was astonishing! House is incredible, restored from a very old building, keeping amazing style in every single detail. Definately will come back!

A super experience! The host of the guesthouse is extremely friendly and helpful in everything, the location is simply perfect, right in the middle of the historic center of Gravedona and only a few steps from the lakefront. Comfortable beds and bed linen, and great extra’s such as free (good!) coffee, water and small snacks. Highly recommended all in all!

Excellent location, a minute from the lakeside promenade and a few minutes walk to the ferry stop, bus stop, shop and restaurants. Claudia makes guests feel very welcome and has drinks and snacks available. The AC is great, the bed was comfy and the shower was hot and powerful. Couldn't have asked for more for the price, which was very reasonable for Lake Como. We would definitely stay again.

Great Host, extremely detail oriented and sharing tons of information. We had a great time chit chatting with her. Very unique accomodation in a restored house built a few centuries ago, but with all the modern amenities you would need (A/C, TV, Wine Cooler...). There is even a fresco inside to admire. Great and surprisingly quiet location, one minute from the lake and from a few good restaurants.

That I chose only 1 night to stay there.

It was one of the best places we've been lastly! First of all, the owner, Claudia, is so friendly and helpful. The place is located inside an amazing ancient building, close to the beach promenade. The rooms are equipmened with everything possible for a perfect vacation. The public kitchen has a pampering selection of many sorts of coffee and tea, including home made cakes. All the rooms were shiny clean

The best stay in our whole vacation. The owner was very pleasant, supportive, caring. The room was authentic and extra clean, very well organized and equipped. We had a lovely view from the window. City center was also very near. The owner offered free snacks and drinks for the guests: sweets, fruits, coffee, tea, mineral water. I would come back for a 100%! Really enjoyed the stay.

Helpful and carrying hosts, excellent communication before and during the arrival, perfect location. Even though advertised as a place without breakfast, there was a lot of treats like cakes, drinks and fruits. The house itself is a unique medieval building, the owners succeeded to equip and furnish it in accordance with its character. We were just sorry we could not stay longer since the place was fully booked. Thank you!

Everything was perfect.

A beautiful old restored building. Very clean - very! Excellent contact with the owner. Owner very helpful, helped us solve a problem with transport during a strike. Snacks available all day. Unique character of the place!
