The staff at the property was friendly and accommodating. The property is located in a historic building. Upon check-in, the staff shared the background. The info was interesting and made our stay feel more personal.

This was not a downside for us.

Everything was just perfect, the accommodation was spacious and great, the location is exactly where you want to be when visiting Trento and the host, Elisa, is incredibly helpful and has a great knowledge about Trento and the surrounding towns.

    That is had to leave

A lovely ancient palazzo smack in the city centre with very hospitable owners. Having a parking spot nearby was a bonus. The owners were attentive and provided loads of information about the town. Felt like having a home away from home.

It had old world charm, with modern facilities. As you step through the entrance doorway from the street you can feel you've entered a noble old building. Hearing the hustle a bustle from the street below is delightful and when you want to shut the noise out, the windows close and there's a lovely quiet room. The location is handy for the attractions of Trento and just a short walk from the railway station. All communications with the host were prompt, professional and very helpful.

Would have been nice to have a kettle so i could start the day with a cup of tea 😉

    Property response:

Dear John, thanks for the great review! It was a pleasure meeting you and it’s always great hearing these words from people who understood where they’ve just stayed. We look forward to welcoming you back soon! PS we have kettles available at disposal.

Perfect location for walking around the old city centre and easy to reach from the train station. Excellent sound-proofed windows overlooking the street, with outside shutters to cut down the light. Modern bathroom with good hairdryer. Our large room had an air conditioner. Elisa was very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the variety at breakfast and freshly percolated coffee.

We found the creaky floorboards annoying, but understand the difficulty of renovating such an old building and maintaining its period character.

Great location. Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Excellent breakfast.

We were there during an exceptional weather period of very warm weather. As a result, the room was very humid and sleep was difficult. This wasn’t the property’s fault, but it colors our feelings about the place. Also a lot of stairs, and a bit confusing to find your room.

    Property response:

Thanks a lot for your lovely words about the location, breakfast, internet, shower, and bed – we’re glad you enjoyed those! As for the heat – we totally get it! That week was unusually warm (even for us!), but just to clarify: all our rooms do have air conditioning. If it wasn’t cool enough, we wish we’d known – we would’ve been happy to help turn things Arctic ❄️😉 And about finding the room… it’s usually quite easy – unless someone decides to go on a little adventure! 😄 Next time, we’ll send a map, a compass, and maybe a snack for the journey. Thanks again for staying with us – we hope to welcome you back (hopefully with cooler weather)!

Beautiful building in the heart of the Old Town. Spacious rooms, spotlessly clean, everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful.

As it's in the town centre it's a bit noisy in the evening - voices and laughter.

Room was pleasant. Great location to the Duomo, about 100 m away. Wouldn't know you were in the centre, my room was at the back no street noise whatsoever. Hostess is such a nice person.

    Nothing really.

Superb! Half a block from Piazza Duomo. The bed was great, the single was roomy for one, the hot water plentiful, the Wi-Fi unfailing. I greatly enjoyed living here for three and a half days. Elisa and Carlo were welcoming and helpful with restaurants and sights, and this place, though it’s a B and B, has the advantage of a hotel: if you’re having trouble, the manager is there. It’s a lovely old building with thick walls, so you don’t hear your neighbors unless they’re being noisy right in the corridor, and you don’t hear the main square. There’s no elevator, but the three stair cases are each very brief with good handrails. I didn’t try the tv. I should note that walking past the open door of an unoccupied double, I saw it was very spacious.

The liquid soap —a problem so easily remedied, I’d forget to do it.

    Property response:

Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled you enjoyed your stay with us.
