It would be better if self-check in would be possible. Sometimes it is difficult to predict what time you will arrive and someone may have to wait for you or vice versa.

Very good location, close to the main railway station and city center. Multiple cafes, bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet. It is spacious, clean and well equipped.

Fantastic place to stay! Near the train station but also near the Mercado and the main attractions in Florence. We were very well received by the host and had no issues during our stay. We would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely the most stunning apartment in the most fabulous and perfect location in Florence. Was beyond our expectations and more lovely than the photos! The cleanest apartment with the most lovely host. We could not be more grateful to Paola for her warmth and kindness and for welcoming us into her stunning apartment. Its high ceilings are so inviting, the bathroom lovely, the outdoor terrace lovely, and the apartment just perfect!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Civico 5 in Florence, and we couldn't be more impressed. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The Apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to the train station, restaurants and city center. What really stood out was the hospitality of the owner Friendly/professional/helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, They responded quickly to any questions. Overall, we highly recommend Civico 5 to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay in Florence. We would definitely return in the future. 5 Stars from us

Seriously - Nothing

Picture this… staying in a lovely property that is 10mins walk or less to - Railway Station, dozens of restaurants and takeaways, Mercator Markets, old city major sights and land marks and everything you would want in Florence! Now include a less than 5mins walk to mini marts and supermarkets, laundrette, breakfast cafes and shopping - perfect! Our host, Paula, was fantastic and accomodating to our requests and the clean modern apartment was so convenient to access for international travellers with large luggage. A true Gem of a spot and our standout across 5 weeks of Europe travel! 100% would return when coming to Florence.

Right in the center. The host was amazing, so helpful and accommodating!! She left us some goodies for breakfast !! House was spotless clean!!! Had a small balcony to enjoy some fresh air.

Location is very close to all major points including the main squares and the station. The house is very private and is complete with all amenities. Paola is also very responsive and accommodating. Free food and drinks were also left for us to consume. :)

The mattress was a bit soft, so movements could slightly affect the other person, but overall, the stay was very comfortable and enjoyable!

The host showed great hospitality—she was very kind and welcoming. Whenever I had questions, she replied patiently and in a friendly manner. She even prepared some food, including yogurt, snacks, and other treats, which was such a lovely surprise! The room was very spacious. The living room had a dining table and a sofa. On the first day, we were able to relax there for a bit before heading out for dinner, which was just what we needed after a long journey. The heating was also much appreciated, especially during the cold winter weather. The location is super convenient—just a few minutes’ walk from the train station.

The unit is absolutely fantastic with great location with most tourist attractions at walkable distances including the train station. The unit in itself is big, spacious and both beds are very comfortable. Paola had left so many little things in the unit to make our life comfortable and she also was there early to take in our bags and put them inside when the cleaning was complete.

Wonderful host. Kept in touch to see how I was doing and give me information. The apartment was equipped with everything you need and more. It was spotless and modern. Lovely fluffy white towels. Beautiful bathroom. Nice otsde space. Great location, 5 mins to trains and buses, 8 mins to duomo. Great value.

The pillows were a little too soft and flat.

The host, Paola was superb. Weeks before our check in, she was already in touch with us ensuring that we were all good and ready by the time we arrived Florence. Throughout our stay, she was always ready to answer any queries we had and offered us suggestions and recommendations on places to walk, dine and shop. Location of the apartment was just a mere 5 to 7 minutes walk from the train station. It is also within walking distance to many sightseeing spots, great dining spots and shopping areas. Room was a very decent size for all 3 of us and beds were comfortable.

The host is very nice and easy going. She recommend my family very good restaurant. The location is very good,walking 5 mits from Florence novella train station. Easy to go to cattedrale di Santa Maria del Foote and shopping center. There is a balcony in this room. The apartment is in the underground(1st floor). You don’t have lift your heavy luggage. It is very good place.
