Perfect location near the Rialto Bridge. The hotel is cozy and the room, though small, was perfectly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was superb and the staff was exceptionally attentive and helpful. Highly recommended.

A bit difficult to find it for people come to Venice first time.

Bathroom was not well designed, no room to put our personal things and the shower had a curtain instead of a cabin, therefore water all over the floor.

The hotel is charming, located in a hidden square that looks from a movie, very close to San Marco, Rialto and other attractions. Breakfast is very good and the room and bed very comfortable and nice, very "venetian".

It was really hard to find. I recommend pictures of the path into the courtyard so that people can identify the correct place to turn into. I wish we could have two keycards but it is what it is.

The breakfast was impeccable and the breakfast hours were nice. Cute place with a pretty view. The staff were kind. Price was reasonable. We had a tub and the hot water was endless. It was great to be able to have a bath. Loved the mini toothpaste and accessories included in the bathroom.

It was absolutely amazing! From the moment when we came to the hotel early in the morning, it was a pleasure. We were offered a restroom to change, switch our handbags and backpacks and it was possible to even use a shower. We could leave our backpacks at the hotel long before our check in. The room was everything we needed, nicely furnitured, air conditioned and the beds were really comfortable. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of sweet and salty options. And the location of the hotel was top tier, 5 minutes to Riato, 5 minutes to the San Marco Square, so everything was really close. If I will ever come back to Venice, I will come back to this hotel!

Couldn't work the extractor fan in the bathroom and the hairdryer could do with updating.

The dining area was a little bit small so it was congested at breakfast time .

Its location was really great 👍. It was nestled away in a beautiful little courtyard very close to Rialto Bridge & St.Mark’s Square . At night it was really quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was very good. Staff in the dining area very friendly and helpful. Also reception staff were friendly and helped us to get a water taxi and accompanied us to the taxi.

When we first checked in, the hotel is a little hard to find since it’s in a very private courtyard off the beaten path.

The staff was incredibly friendly. The room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is located in a very quiet courtyard that is close to many major tourist attractions without having to deal with loud noises interrupting your sleep. There is a reliable elevator. One of the highlights was definitely the daily breakfast. There was such a wide variety of foods every day, and the cappuccino was incredible! If I ever return to Venice, I will stay here again.
