There was a lot of noise from people coming and going at all hours and doors slamming , unfortunate timing for us as there was a music festival when we went , could have been more breakfast options , towels were not changed all week

A couple of things were missing like the air conditioning didn't work so the room was hot at night, and there was no remote for the TV. But these were relatively small things.

Giacomo was an incredibly hospitable and helpful host who really made us feel comfortable during our stay and was so friendly. Always a pleasure to see him each day and he gave us some great tips as well as allowing for late checkout. Would definitely come back because of him 😊

AC didn’t work. Summer in Sardinia without AC. I couldn’t sleep. And it was the most expensive bad hotel I ever paid.

It needs a looooot of maintenance, very old. Shower is horrible, you don’t have space enough to a proper shower, curtain is dirty, water does not get warm ( a bit, if you leave it open to at least for 10 min - horrible waste of water). Cleaning lady just go there to organize bed, no cleaning at all. I received an upgrade! OMG! I cannot imagine how are the other rooms! I don’t get why it has such high review rate, for sure to correctly reflect such bed conditions the price should be at least less than half. Already at the entrance you have a very bad impression with the “reception “, if it can be called like that.

The host Guacomo is extremely helpful, responsive and went out of his way to give us a great experience and the best recommendations. The Location is on spot; 5min walk from La Cinta Beach and 10-15min walk from the center where all the restaurants and shops are.

Perfect stay!! I was greater by its lovely owner Giacomo, who was super helpful with everything. I was given a lovely and very spacious room with nice bathroom, balcony overlooking the garden, lovely white bedding and towels. Slept really well and the best part is that the hotel is a very short walk from a very long sandy beach, with a beautiful sunrise. I also was given great recommendation for a really good pizza restaurant in town…will definitely come back again. Thank you!!!

I had the most amazing stay here! It is so close to one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever been to. There are also nice restaurants and cafés within walking distance. The room was clean, air conditioned, had a nice view and had everything I needed. The host, Giacomo, was so friendly, hospitable and helpful, he went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I would love to come back here and would highly recommend this place.

The location was perfect, only 2 minute walk from the beautiful La Cinta beach and 10 minutes from the lovey town centre. Bedroom was basic but so clean The owner Giacomo could not have been more friendly or helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

The fact I couldn't stay longer...

The entire team are wonderful people, and I was blown away how warm the reception and good value the room was. The location was incredible for my purposes (sun and bass), I'm astonished that they had a free room so late. An elegance commensurate with all those sardinian and Italian.
