The location was fantastic I give that a 10 out of 10. Linen was clean. We stayed 4 nights and linen was not changed.

Very old needs a good upgrade. Staff were nice but communication very poor could never get in touch with them via bookings.com had to email and they would not respond until days to week later and they said they were picking us up from airport for 54 euro and not to take other means as they may still charge but no one was there to pick us up with our name and we resorted to find an Italian to call them and when they did was told for us to just catch a taxi and we won’t be able to check in until 11am. We landed at 6 am and waited 4 hrs with our luggage in front of building as could not explore Rome with luggage I did email them if we could store ours luggage with no response. They had a kitchen in communal area and were told could not use it even asked if we could use a kettle for coffee or tea and were told NO.

The location was really the only good thing about this place!

First we didn’t get the room that we booked. We were three people and got a room for 2 people with only one bed. And we also paid for a pentry in the room but we didn’t get that either. We couldn’t change to another room because it was no availability. So we didn’t get what we paid for. The staff was horrible he was screeming and threatening us to call the police just because we wanted to be honest with this situation that occurred. We are all girls in the 20s and didn’t feel safe at all!

Very central location, right next to the Pantheon.

Old flat and room without a window, old furnitures, including the uncomfortable bed. Unhelpful owner.

The location was perfect!!! The staff was so nice and they tried their Best to make sure we get all the information we need for our staying.

In our room there was a small window and the floor wasn't clean. The mattress and the pillows weren't comfortable enough. Cleaning the room or taking out the trash wasn't available until we leave so we ended up taking plastic bags to put out trash inside cause our little bin was full.

The location was wonderful and the house was very enthusiastic.

The kitchen was locked and you had to pay 12€ per day to have acres to it. Bathroom was really small. There was quite a lot of noise at night.

The stuff was very friendly ! They accomodate us the best they could !

The room was so nice, traditional beautiful and near to everything! The staff was very kind. I really recommend it!

We liked the room, the friendly staff members and the fact that the apartment was located in the heart of Rome.

Despite the apartment is located in a manner that the noise of the city cannot be heard, the silence of your room depending on other guest as well.

Great position and surprisingly quiet.

Difficulty booking in, no on site staff, no tea/coffee facilities and the woman who met us tried to convince us to share a bed (f) 69 and (f) 77 because 'only a few days'. There was a second single bed but she didn't want to make it! We stood firm on that. After 7 weeks of travel and facing 24 hrs of travel home, we needed decent sleep.

Comfortable large room. Good hygiene, cleanliness. Central location.

Very noisy, party hotel. Customers doing lot of noise, slamming doors with loud music at whole night and shouting. Staff is not very helpful to avoid noise issue.

Conveniently located

Staff was pushy. Insisted I drive to airport with their personal. Charged me some kind of tax. Said it was for city and had to be cash.

Place is not well marked so difficult to find. We arrive prior to the 10:30 check in and was told we couldn’t drop the bags and check in later. Location is excellent. Building is a dump. Room was ok. It was clean. A/C barely worked and made a horrible banging sound when on.
