The stairs to reach the apartment was a little bit narrow.

Central and convenient location. Coffee capsules provided. Nice large terrace. Comfortable and elegantly decorated apartment. Easy communication with the owner.

Everything was very good. Comfortable bed, practical terrace, nice and clean apartment, and last but not least- perfect location- close to everywhere- beach less than 15 minutes, harbour just across the street, bus stop from Trapani Airport and to Palermo, very good gelato 'just around the corner'. We would definitely come back. :)

Nice place to stay. Freshly built. You won’t have a good view, but location and conditions are great. Close to old town, ferry to Favignana across the street. Welcoming personal, will give you advices about Trapani stay. Great local food sea food next to the apartment “A casa Mia”

Location, stylish spacious and comfortable apartment, newly refurbished, quality linen and towels. I stayed longer as it was such a great find. This was spotlessly clean. I loved my stay and would definitely return. Host also gave me good tips of what to do and was very responsive to any queries.

It’s down an alleyway to access the door and it is a key to open (not a keycard) so it would sometimes take a bit of time to open, which would feel a little sketchy being a girl on my own.

Great location near the town and the port to go to the islands, has everything we needed, and the host who met us there to give us the keys was friendly. She also helped us to send us the bus timetable.

The flat itself is of mid quality but we found the host very dodgy and uncooperative so we defo would not recommend staying here. You can hear noise from the flat above at night time, kids running, piano lessons etc. The freezer door was broken (and we used ice a lot so it was very awkward). The bedroom is very dark as it mainly gets light from a window facing a tiny inner court (see image). For those with leg problems, the steps are very narrow and it's 2 flights of stairs to the 1st floor (see image). This is also near the port (south coast) and the best part of the city is near the historical centre-via Vittorio Emanuele- and beach (north coast). Although I contacted the host Antonella via Booking.com, chat she replied via whatsapp. When on the bus from Palermo to the flat and because we still didn't have any check in instructions from her (she wasn't there when we arrived nor we ever met her in person) I asked for info so we didn't have problem upon arrival. She didn't answer for more than 1 hr and when I chased (via booking.com) she replied (via whatsapp) complaining and saying "I don't check my phone regularly" (why is she contacting guests via whatsapp then?). When I asked for restaurant tips, she only replied "eat at my restaurant down the road" (she didn't offer other options nor at least shared a menu so we could see what type of food they had). When we asked for an extra towel as we needed one for the beach, she complained again, saying she would provide one but charge us the next time. It seems she is more worried about squeezing money out of the guests instead of helping them to have a great stay in the city. She was so uncooperative that when we went to Erice we just didn't ask her for directions and had to rely on asking people on the street (we didn't have a car). She wasn't there for our check in and not once she came in person to collect cash city tax while we were in the flat.
