I only ate at the bistro restaurant ("Felice") once, but am sorry to say that it couldn't measure up to my expectations of Italian restaurants in 5star hotels. The portions were small and tasted comparatively bland (specifically after the mind blowing lunch at Dispenseria). Please take this with a grain of salt as I only had 3 dishes.

This is a most beautiful estate, surrounded by a perfectly kept parc. Everyone is welcoming, accommodating and exceptionally friendly. The hotel is perfectly located to visit the Franciacorta vineyards (Bellavista is walking distance, Ca del Bosco 5 min by car/shuttle). Great experience: The very helpful receptionist recommended the "Dispenseria Franciacorta" as lunch spot - which turned out to serve one of the best discovery menues I had in a while.

Amazing room, we got a free upgrade and it was so comfortable and fancy. The restaurants were great - Leone Felice was particularly excellent. The staff were all lovely and so helpful. The facilities were excellent, we loved playing tennis, and using the spa. We had so much fun on the quad bike excursion! Breakfast buffet was great and bar is lovely

This is our 2nd stay. We chose a better room this time. Excellent, spacious & very, very clean. Our favourite point is the heated pool, sauna room at the end of the day - open until 8pm. Then we had dinner.

There are no umbrellas by the pool, making it difficult to find shade during the hot daytime hours if you wish to lounge by the pool. The breakfast is exceptional by Italian standards, featuring house-made bread and an abundance of fresh produce, though the egg dishes are surprisingly disappointing. This is particularly unfortunate given the hotel’s outstanding fine dining restaurant with its talented chefs. Despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel is an exquisite destination well worth the trip.

We really don’t have anything bad to say about the facility. We were a little disappointed that we couldn’t use the outdoor pool on the second day but that was certainly a minor inconvenience. We were able to use it the day before.

The setting was beautiful and the resort was luxurious.
