The host changed the room and stay address at the last minute. She never sent me a message about the change. After lugging our luggage all the way from the train station to the original address and trying to call many times she finally picked up the call. Then she told us to come to a totally different address. The rooms we got, were not the rooms we originally booked. And these changes were never communicated to us either.

The location was fantastic, right by the train station and within easy reach of all the main attractions. Our room was clean, and check-in was a breeze. The air conditioning worked well, though it was a bit noisy. Considering the price, we felt it was a good value. The only real downsides were the lack of space for an electric kettle and a mini-fridge that didn't work at all, which was frustrating as some of our food spoiled.

presence of mosquito nets . No possibility to dropoff luggage when one arrives early or leaves later in the day .So you need to find a luggage storage .There are some located at the busstop piazzale Roma which is close by for 5 € a day per bag .

there is no staff present at the location ,only the friendly cleaning lady was occasionally in the morning . We could only check in as of 2 pm, but we got a message from the hotel that someone would let us in at 1 pm .She was on time .Later we received a local tel nmbr in case we needed something . The room was clean . We sleep with open windows,but there ar no mosquito nets, so a mosquito repellant was needed .Presence of mosquito nets .

We almost missed our train because the property had locked the gate without notifying us. We had to wake up someone in another room to use their key and thankfully got out in time- just so you know make sure this doesn’t happen to you. Also the fridge didn’t work in our room so we had to throw out some food unfortunately.

Cute little spot with a good view of some street life! Had a tv with Netflix capabilities which was nice! Super close to the train station which was very convenient with an early train time.

Check in its too late, it’s at 2pm, you would need to wait a lot for it if you get to the city earlier, and check out is at 10am, too early, and no luggage storage, so we had leave the room and be around with all our luggage, we didn’t liked that, also the city tax is in cash, in other places tax was paid via link or card, we had to withdraw cash from atm to pay it

Room was overall okay but the bed was really hard and uncomfortable. My husband ended up sleeping on the pull out couch because it was more comfortable. When we arrived there were mosquitoes in our room which really wasn’t an issue until we noticed little marks/blood stains on the walls around the room from where people previously killed the mosquitoes. Didn’t really have an active issues with them during our stay but the marks were noticeable and a little gross.

Hotel was in a nice location. Quiet and away from the busiest parts of Venice but very walkable to them. Close to some good cafes and restaurants. Not far from the train station either which was a perk.

When I entered there was 2 black spiders on the bed, I smashed then as such and informed the staff but they just sorry, I understand in Venice insects and spiders are common but you need to keep insect sprays in the room. Anyway the staff reacted just sorry but didn’t speak about any compensation yet

But since the restaurant is just bellow your windows it can be loud. Also since there is no reception everything was communicated via chat - what if something happens and owner is out of reach (we did not get respond for few hours, but nothing happened so it was okay, but what if). Corridor and stairs is really narrow. No reception = no luggage storage, but you can store it for few euros in the train station.

Definitely location, it was few minutes by walking from train station, also next to the canal. It is good for introverts since there is no reception. It is really small hotel with just 3- 4 rooms. There is the restaurant with tables outside in the hotels ground floor - food/coffee and evening chill with drink is good

- The pressure in the tap was very low; - The air conditioner needs to be repaired as it always switched off after 1 minute of operation.

Great location, at the beginning of Venezia, and you can come from anywhere - we came from Tronchetto - airport bus/train - great starting point. A short distance from the arrival and then a great point for exploring the city. It's not on the other side of town and this is perfect!

The room was clean but dusty in the cabinet and some parts of the bathroom. The furniture was outdated. The room was a little dark.

Even though there was no staff around, the communication was not hard, they replied to every message shortly and explained everything well. After we arrived there was a storm and they warned us about it too. Beds were comfortable and big enough.
