Good location and value for money

The host changed the room and stay address at the last minute. She never sent me a message about the change. After lugging our luggage all the way from the train station to the original address and trying to call many times she finally picked up the call. Then she told us to come to a totally different address. The rooms we got, were not the rooms we originally booked. And these changes were never communicated to us either.

Everything was great clean good hospitality will stay here again on my next visit

Great location, everything is walking-distance yet not in the middle of the tourist-madness. The staff was supernice and very helpful, we loved every minute. Thank you!

The room could have been a bit cleaner upon check-in, but they made up the next day.

Value for money was superb considering the location. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Also air conditioning in the room was fantastic. Overall a great room with very comfy bed and all the extras you would expect.

The location was good , very nearer to the Station. Staff was pretty well , Supported us very well.

There was no Balcony, in this room. The bathroom was not good. It was a separated space for Shower and commod. We've faced huge problems on this. There was no Hot kettle No microwave no fridge in the room. Not airy at all. Jail them was preferred by us.

Everything near by foot

Very good location, friendly staff - helped with the way back to the airport and other things. Nice rooms, nothing super special but everything’s nice and clean

The location was fantastic, right by the train station and within easy reach of all the main attractions. Our room was clean, and check-in was a breeze. The air conditioning worked well, though it was a bit noisy. Considering the price, we felt it was a good value. The only real downsides were the lack of space for an electric kettle and a mini-fridge that didn't work at all, which was frustrating as some of our food spoiled.

The light in the hall in doubleroom where lighting at night when you moved. It was very disturb.

Very Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and the experience was very poor. The room was never cleaned during my stay – towels were not changed even once, the garbage was never taken out, and basic housekeeping was completely neglected. The internet did not work at all throughout the stay. When I asked about it, the staff pretended to be surprised, but after speaking to other guests, I found out that the Wi-Fi had not been working for some time, so it clearly wasn’t a new issue. Overall, the service was unacceptable and far below what any guest should expect. I do not recommend this hotel.

Irene is a great person. We arrived at 7 to Venice, and since we were too tired from our journey, I asked for early check-in. Irene was so helpful and supportive. She let us 3 hours earlier than standard check-in time, for which I'm thankful. There is a great small restaurant just beside the entrance.Tasty food with good prices and very friendly staff

There are almost no essentials in the room. We couldn't turn off the AC unit with the controller, so not to freeze at night, I had to turn it off from the main unit. The matrass is terrible ((( we booked double bed, but we got two matrass on one bed, which were slipping whenever you moved, and once I found myself falling between them. It's not a great experience unless you like sleeping in gondolas 😐
