Friendly welcome, easy check-in. Early check-in was no problem. Water, juice, coffee, and small pastries provided. Ceiling fan was sufficient. Minutes from the train station and bus stops, as well as coffee shops, pizza restaurants, and a supermarket.

No air conditioning in our room meant that my partner had to take sleeping pills in order to sleep. There is an electric fan, but due to the heat we also had to keep the window open (bring mosquito repellent!)

Very clean, with good beds. This is a safe residential area, convenient to Ciampino train station and around the corner from supermarkets/restaurants. For the airport, only a 10 min drive (and not accessible by foot). I think you can also take the (Trenitalia) Ciampino Airlink bus, but you should check the schedule first! Our flight was much too early for that.

Walls are not soundproofed well, so I could hear people having conversations in other rooms. The bathroom floor was always wet. I think a pipe or the toilet was leaking. When I took a shower, in the shared bathroom, someone repeatedly pounded at the door even though I was in there only 10-15 minutes.

The location was excellent - a 2-minute walk to the train station where it is only a 15 minute train ride to Rome. Also, easy to catch a bus there to Ciampino airport. Room was spacious with a balcony facing south, so lots of sun. There was a Nespresso machine in the room, which was a pleasant surprise. Anna was there to greet me as soon as I pressed the bell.

Not as expected in regard to access to the airport. The airport is 10 minute drive and 55 Euros Uber through the night and the bus is not accessible after 11pm which made it difficult for us to catch our flight.

Access to subway station within 300 metres. Quick and easy check in and early check in time.

No warm welcome for English speakers. Not enough toiletries, bedding could also be better.

Clean and quiet place, easy to go to Ciampino airport. On site it looked even better than in the pictures.

The apartment is close to the airport. It takes only 12 minutes to get to the airport. 2 minutes walk to the bus station and 10 minutes by bus. But the first bus is at 05:45 in the morning, so if your flight is at six o'clock or around you need to take a taxi.

The bathroom was not the cleanest because of the shower without enclosure. No window in the bathroom either so it would take hours for the floor to get dry. Breakfast was quite bad, always the same packaged pastry.

The location was great, 15 minutes train from Roma Termini. The bedroom was spacious and had a nice balcony.

Shared shower was cold, it was hot weather, but I couldn’t even make it tepid! Disappointing. The location is brilliant, but it is a bit noisy.

Considering hotel prices in Rome, the price is extremely affordable.

The location of the hotel is comfortable - just 15 min by the local train to Rome, the room was large and had all you need for a short stay.

I stayed in a single bedroom with a shared bathroom. The shared bathroom is adequate. The water is warm and adjustable. The shower/shampoo is provided in a small bag. I asked for more, and they gave me enough. There is a Nesspresso-like machine with good coffee and a refrigerator. Small different type of packaged snacks for breakfast in the room. It is very close to the Ciampiano train station. where the airportlink bus in front of it. Beware that the airport bus starts at 06.30. You need a taxi for any other early flight. It costs 20Eur in my case. So, I'd argue that it is excellent for the price and a short stay in Rome. Also, a 24H Roma ticket is covered for this location. The train comes pretty often and takes about 20 minutes, so it is very nice.

I booked, and she sent me an email to cancel while I was on the train going to the hotel because I was coming in late. I tried to call her, and she refused to talk to me in english. I had to ask a cop who spoke english to translate over the phone to see if I could still have the booking, she said I could if I got there in time. I got there early enough to get the room, but she added a lot of stress about it.

Bathroom drainage is blocked water flowing very slow, doors are noisy when opening and closing. To provide kettle inside the room and cups.
