Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. BelgiumI find the price a bit expensive but it is the average cost in Florence in summer unfortunately and nothing to do with the hotel.
The hotel has an excellent location, it is clean, the room is spacious with everything you need and the staff is super welcoming, available and helpful. I would recommend it to people coming to Firenze. Within this price category, it is probably among the best hotels in town.

United StatesThe only challenge was the hot water. A sign in the bathroom gives you a heads up that hot water is very limited and once you run out it takes approximately 30 minutes to get more. That can be tricky when you have 3 people in need of showers after a long day of sightseeing.
The location is absolutely fantastic! Close enough to the shops, restaurants, etc but on a relatively quite street just outside the main town center. Easy access from the train station - just a short 5 minute walk. Checking in was so easy and Paola and Roberto were so nice and accommodating. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. Shower was bigger than others we experienced during our stay in Italy. Room in comparable in size to many hotels in Italy.

The location is the best. The reception was exceptional, they helped us to get our luggage upstairs as we arrived. Also we needed to exchange our luggage as we were staying there and the hosts kindly disposed the one we did not need anymore. Generally very helpful staff - allowed us to hang out at the lobby after check out, let us weigh our luggage and leave it safely while we explored the city. Coffee, tea, water available free of charge. Many good things

GermanyPerfect location and very comfortable to sleep. But besides the bed, limited space and furniture to enable staying longer periods indoors to read or do a little bit of work. I was there for a conference and spent most of the time outside (weather was very nice. neither rain nor too excessive heat) so this was not really an issue in my case.
Very friendly owner, centrally located yet very quiet as room was facing into a courtyard. High ceilings. simple yet comfortable accomodation.

I would highly recommend Hotel Bencidormi for your stay in Florence! Roberto went out of his way upon my arrival, carrying my case for me and trying to help me find my laptop that I lost on my journey here! The room was very clean and all facilities excellent, with a fridge, microwave and coffee pods/machine to enjoy with some biscuits supplied. Air conditioning was also much appreciated in the Italian heat! The location is excellent, a short walk to all attractions, around the corner from a big supermarket and only a 2 minute walk to the train station. It was very quiet and peaceful, once you close the front door all the hustle and bustle from outside. A perfect relaxing stay in the heart of Florence!
