The ventilation in the bathroom was very noisy and could only be turned off if I removed the card for the electricity. There is no reception after 11pm. The area around the hotel is not very pleasant, especially at night.

The room was spacious and the facilities were in good condition. Close to the train station for late arrivals. Good breakfast with various salty options, which is not common for Italy. Good value for money. Staff were very kind.

Should have studied the location no bars or restaurants within walking range. Arrived on motorcycles last thing you want to do is to ride to a bar or restaurant after arrival. Fine with a car. 15 euro taxi ride to nearest town

Aircon in room not working properly only blowing out air. Luckily it was not so hot as have to sleep with windows closed for the noise, as hotel is situated on a busy road and train line. Fan is bathroom makes so much noise.

Convenient for 1 night stop. Breakfast was adequate. Free parking but only fit small car. We have a stationwagen which cannot made the turn to the garage as it is very steep and narrow, park at roadside which you have to pay. It is not expensive.

Room 302, the mirror light was automatically switched off, while needing it. The base of the toilet paper needs fixing, as the paper falls off. The outside tents need cleaning as pollution has changed their color.

The garage isn’t really a garage. Any standard car will struggle to get out, getting in is fine if a little tight but getting out is very very hard - suggest not parking in there as you will damage a car if it’s anything bigger than a fiat 500

Really liked the location and the parking on the street was great. Breakfast was yummy and they even gave me a baggy when I was off for an early hike. Front staff were amazing esp. Luca who was so helpful in recommendations

The lift was very loud and we heard it bang each time it was used. It could be a little noisy at night with people in other rooms, it wasn’t very noise proof,

Breakfast was fantastic, great selection and proper Italian coffee and orange juice! Staff were friendly and spoke good English, helped us when our room key didn’t work initially and solved the problem quickly. Close to the train station for transport.

The neighbourhood was full with migrants. Even tough it looked like safe but feels miserable especially after 9 pm.

The typical Italian breakfast was delicious and inclusive. The best were the croissant and the capuccino. The stuff was so kind and helpful.The parking was very comfortable.

Breakfast is enough but rather limited, but for the total price you pay, it’s satisfying. For dinner we needed help of the staff to find an appropriate place. The albergo is not in the city centre or in a touristic neighbourhood, help of someone who knows the neighbourhood is welcome.

Nice place to stay overnight on a journey to the south of Italy, certainly when you want something more than just a hotel near the highway. Very good quality-price relation, very friendly staff, they explained where to have dinner, what we could visit,…

The staff were gracious, helpful and fun to interact with. Breakfast was great. I would recommend this hotel if you want to be a little off the beaten track. It was still easy to catch a bus to the city area of Ancona.

Was quite a trek to the old town which would be resolved by asking which bus to take (bus station around the corner!)-No drink making facilities in room but coffee sold in reception and two bottles of water left in room.

Reception staff were lovely, sorted me out with 3 pin plug(NB) and let me drop off rucksack at about 9:00 (in from port early). Area multi diverse and different experience to old town.

Hot water may not be enough when taking a shower in the morning.

Hotel is close to train station and bus station. The bed is also comfortable, hotel is not noisy.

Parking was available, however if you come with a bigger car you will not fit in the garage.

Staff were very friendly, made the effort to make you feel at home. Room was clean and comfortable, although a bit snug. Breakfast was really nice too, with staff putting the extra effort here to make you feel at home.
