Fantastic location and service! Will return for sure

Very nice and spacious room, great location (skibus stop right in front, Canazei 15 mins walking), good breakfasts and a wellness with sauna and jacuzzi.

The place is nice, cozy, clean and with very good location. It is a small family feeling hotel with very kind staff. The spa was very nice. Their hotel restaurant was excellent!!

I stayed there for a whole month, I had an amazing experience. Large and clean room, amazing food, excellent service and very close to the ski lift. 10/10, I will definitely come back, highly recommended!!!

It was a very nice stay! Very friendly and professional staff, delicious breakfast, good location for skiers - you have an access to 2 lifts by a ski bus within 2 min. The bus stop is near a hotel. Recommended!

Breakfast was perfect. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Great comfort, perfect dinner restaurant, with a fine dining menu and good list of wines. We will return for sure ! :)

We had free access to the ski bus, which had a station exactly in front of the hotel. The only problem was that the return in the afternoon was sometimes difficult. The bus has big time breaks in the schedule, and if you don’t get down exactly at the scheduled time you have to wait 40-45 minutes to another bus. Maybe the hotel could add a ski shuttle for returns, in the future, otherwise everything was excellent !

A beautiful and well-designed hotel in an excellent location. We got large and comfortable rooms. The attitude from the staff was excellent. The breakfast is wonderful . We received excellent hospitality and service every morning with a smile from a lovely man named Bodi. Highly recommend .

The staff were superb, we were thoroughly looked after with special thanks to Bogdan for making us welcome in the bar! All the staff were friendly and we would not hesitate in both returning and recommending this hotel.

Perfect location, lovely bar and restaurant. Dinner was fine dining to a high level and service is friendly and very professional.

I liked the hotel very much, it is carefully designed. The rooms are large and comfortable; the bathroom had a bidet. There is a spa area which was not too crowded, even during the week-end. Following my other culinary experiences in Tyrol (not Italian Tyrol :) ), I confess that I was worried about dinner in the hotel's restaurant, not as far as it concerns the quality of the the menu, but rather the portion sizes. After having dinner at the restaurant I can sincerely state that this was not the case. Two courses, plus the "amuse-bouche" they serve (which is actually the size of a good starter), is more than enough after a day of skiing. Also the taste was excellent. The hotel offers free parking, and we found plenty of free spots.

Maybe this is a matter of taste but I did not enjoy the Argentinian Picana, which I do not recommend. We loved everything else on the restaurant's menu. Probably not having a 4by4 car with good winter tires could turn problematic in terms of accessing the parking in the back of the hotel. The acces was covered with ice but it was not very long or very steep.

The service at breakfast was the worst i received ever. I was never treated with such disrespect. Yes, the manager apologized, but too late....

The central touring location in the Dolomites, the secure underground parking for motorcycles that was free were booth great. The restaurant was excellent with some lovely menus and fine dining touches. Also little snacks with the drinks was nice. Staff very friendly

The fact that the restaurant/bar did not offer some more basic menus put us off from using it more than once on the 5-day trip, which was a pity. Fine dining every night may not suit many people. Canazei is at 1450m elevation, so it is perhaps not so surprising that in touring round the Dolomites for 5-days, we found Canazei the wettest location, often with drizzle, rain or afternoon thunderstorms. Take an umbrella if you walk into town!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The hotel staff was exceptional - friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The location was very convenient and in a good area. The breakfast was decent, although I would have liked to see more variety in terms of vegetables and fruits. However, the dinner was absolutely amazing! It was the best food I've ever had, and the presentation was simply magical. I was truly impressed. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

We stayed in the top floor room, the room is so comfortable, and the bed is a plus! Blow the tower, the round bed is creative and sweet. We also enjoy the spa so much. Highly recommend this place.

I feel a bit nose allergic when in the room, it's not big trouble but perhaps there are still some dusts from the old furniture.
