It would have been nice for the hotel to have a swimming pool. That was the only thing we missed because the weather was superb. Also, the rooms are not ideal for family stay because all the beds are together.

The hotel is modern and clean. The facilities are okay and the staff are superb. Breakfast was splendid with mostly in-house baking and food prep by the brilliant restaurant team, to mention the lovely Kseniia, Niven, Giada, Rosa. The front desk team (Mary, Christian, Anatoly, Pabio, Ileano, Roberta) all did an excellent job to make us enjoy our stay. Lovely experience 😊

It's old outdated building from 80s or 90s . They are trying to keep it in the good condition but outside look a bit old and not maintained. Also it's not sound proofed

The hotel has a VERY seedy look at the back, where the cars are parked, and the entry to these individual parking spaces has to be manually managed by the reception staff. They told me not to try the USCITA to exit in the morning, as it is difficult to navigate, but to go back against the one-way system, the same way you come in. There is a lot of water damage to the back of the hotel, and some places (e.g. two rooms down from mine) where a torrent of water from the floor above has cascaded down and stained everything, or even broken the concrete facing to the hotel walls. Finally, the kilowatt hour of electricity costs nearly €1 (more than double what other hotels charge) : I mentioned this to the receptionist upon checking out and he said he would communicate my dissatisfaction to the manager. There is little economic point in having an e-car if filling it up costs the same as, or more than, a regular car!

Great welcome (including for my dog), two charming receptionists both of whom spoke excellent English, super help with starting the electric charging for my e-car, comfortable room with private individual parking (once the electric charge had finished)directly in front of the (second) entry door to my room, very good breakfast. From the road, the hotel looks smart and welcoming.

Clean and very comfortable. I had a slight issue with my key and the staff were very helpful and resolved this quickly. The rooms are a great size and the bed was very comfortable, nice quiet location and look forward to staying again.

Some of the things that were supposed to be included (free bottle of wine, access to sauna and exercise room etc) were not mentioned at all by the staff. Also staff did not know where to purchase Adblue (essential for our diesel rental car in winter). Bathroom sink lacked a plug.

Breakfast was excellent and served 7-11. Location was easy to reach from the highway. Room was clean. Friendly staff. Noon checkout.

The heating was a bit too much in the room and there was no control to bring it down.

Breakfast was Wonderful and with a lot of choices. Everything was fresh and the staff was also very friendly and helping.

The breakfast didn’t have much variety to eat especially that there wasn’t any fruits or vegetables. You need to also boil your own eggs which i found it very weird to do. Secondly the bathroom needs renovation as the shower is about to fall of.

Hotel was good, but there is nothing to see around hotel :)

Well-run hotel close to the airport, but also near (5 minutes by car) to the train station which will lead you to Milano city centre. Quite interesting setup where you can park the car directly in front of the room (which is great if you have early morning flight)

Maybe the fact that the hotel doesnt have their own restaurant, apart from that I have nothing negative to say.

Very helpful and nice staff, Wi-Fi was perfect and two things I personally find very important in an hotel: Very comfortable mattress and decent water pressure in the shower. Bonus points for having a small gym where one could go anytime. Very good all-around.

I like the place.though bit far from main station,no public transport.but still manage to arrive by walk 10 minutes.but over all it's not bad experience to find the place.breakfast was perfect.staff was very helpful and friendly.
