We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

ItalyI think they can have a better dinner menu at the restaurant with more choices for vegetarian people.
The hotel is next to Valle Santa Felicita which is a starting point to many hiking path to Monte Grappa and the surrounding. Also in Valle there are many track to rock climbing so the location is very good

Staff were great and really helpful. Coffee and beer excellent. Evening meal good and breakfast OK. Location great, especially for walking, etc.

Great place, honestly. For this price, I challenge anybody to find better. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Location is great, at the foot of the mountains. The entire local area has classic italian vibes, not overly touristy.

New ZealandNothing, the staff here go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. If I attend another festival, I will stay here again.
Loved my stay here, the staff were very helpful, kind and communicated well. They offered a shuttle service for the AMA festival, as well as a buffet breakfast which was very convenient. It's nice because there is a restaurant, so you don't have to go far for food if you don't have easy transport options. I also asked them to help me arrange a taxi upon leaving, they are very efficient and take good care of you!
