Hotel is very well located, right in a center of old town. Breakfast is nice. They have a nice garden with sea views. Reception helped us with restaurant reservations, were always nice and polite.

One of most uncomfortable beds we had. Mattress is hard, the pillows too. I slept very badly all four nights..hotel management should think about replacing with more comfortable ones, as we believe we are not the only ones. Soundproof with another room was terrable, we literally could hear person talking or flashing toilet water in next room. Breakfast selection is nice, but not breakfast room itself..

Loved Albergo Amici! Great location, friendly staff and so helpful and accommodating! The hotel is nestled in adorable Monterosso and the surrounding shops were so convenient when we needed or just shopping for fun! The front desk offered discounted tickets for the train that stopped at each town. Overall, a very good experience!

A few in our party felt the beds were too hard and the pillows too flat.

I like how approachable and polite the staffs of the hotel specially the staffs at the breakfast room and also the lady at the front desk. The breakfast didn’t really meet my expectation, too little options and always the same food everyday. It would be nice if they add a little more options like sausages and different vegetables.

Staff amazing. Our first room was very average air conditioning very noisy and room dark asked if we could move and staff were so accomodating moved us to a much nicer room with quiet air conditioning Breakfast was great and location awesome so close to everything

The property is really old, the rooms are old, it’s not that clean, the breakfast was not good. I only stayed one night but didn’t like the hotel at all. It was so outdated and. Or so clean

Amazing hotel in a great location. The rooms were air conditioned and the bed was comfortable. We loved the rooftop garden where you have a view of Monterosso. The staff were really friendly and helpful too. Glenn went above and beyond at the bar and was such a hard worker. On our last morning, we had to catch a train at 6am and they bagged breakfast up to go for us the night before. Will definitely stay here next time we come back to Cinque Terre!

The location is excellent and the rooftop patio with a view was a great place to relax. The staff was nice and very accommodating. We had to leave early in the morning to catch the train, and they packed us a breakfast to go- was very kind and considerate!

Thank you for amazing stay! Room been sparkling clean and people working there very helpfull.
