Without a car, the hotel was a little far from the centre of Cernobbio.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful . Beautiful views of Lake Como.

The breakfast or restaurant view over the lake is well worth it! The room wasn’t the best the best, but it was still comfortable and the view for eating made up for it, I would give the room I was in an 8/10 and the view for breakfast a 9.5/10!

The rooms are very dated. Whilst it wasn't a problem for us, it's a long way up from the Lake.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The hotel restaurant is very good - the terrace is a lovely spot on a warm evening and the view over Lake Como from the dining room is beautiful. There's a small car park just round the corner.

A simple, yet nice and relaxed hotel, with an excellent breakfast and a nice view from the dining room. We were 3 adults - on our first night there our room was a bit small and the private bathroom was outside the room (we knew about it in advance), which was less comfortable. We came back a about a week later and got a better, more expensive room which was bigger and much more comfortable, with an en-suite bathroom. We also eat one dinner there - good pizza, very tasty affogato :) In general: great value for money, recommended!!

The room is petite but clean and decent. You got everything you need. Breakfast view is as advertise, beauuuuuuutiful! The staff are friendly and helpful!

The car park was full. I had to park quite a distance away. The rooms are small. Restaurant was expensive.

Found Parking area next door, as we were in Van it is October. Might have been an issue in summer.

Great communications from beginning of booking to departure. Restaurant on site very good. Included breakfast was delicious. View from restaurant over Lake Como is beautiful. Room comfortable! Shower was lovely & hot!

As advertised, the parking is difficult. Forget about parking outside the hotel as maximum one hour and invariably all 4 spaces taken. We managed to park nearby each night and the carpark about150m away (cemetery) is best bet. Coffee / tea facilities and a fridge in room would be perfect!! Shower temperature fluctuates ( old system?)

The view from our room (10) and the restaurant area is magnificent and romantic looking over the lake from a height to Como. Air conditioning was necessary and worked well. Breakfast was good with a wide choice, and the evening restaurant very busy which speaks for itself. Pizzas good and reasonably priced.

Location was up some quite steep hills with not very many local shops around but this is nothing to do with the hotel- just good for people to be aware of and buy things in town/look to possibly get taxi's if needed!

The room was better than I expected for the price! It felt like a bargain :) The staff were friendly and helpful. I was very thankful for the pizzeria restaurant as I didn't have to go far for food which was a relief in the rain :)

Location is pretty far from the main transportation stops, e.g. ferries and buses. It's around 20-25 mins walk from the hotel to down the hill to transportation. The way up and down is a bit dangerous as there're literally no sidewalks at some places you need to walk on the road. So, if you don't have car then it's not very comfortable to walk especially in winter.

Location: Very narrow road to reach out there made driving a bit risky. No Parking. Had to park in paid parking at nearby location. Room door was not getting completely shut, hence safety issue.

Hotel staff was good and helping. Breakfast was good, having good variety, fresh and tasty. Room and bathrooms were cleaned and comfortable. In budget. Responsive with your queries before check-in also.

Although everything was very clean, the smell of the towels was very strange and you should just pay attention to it. Also airing the rooms if the room has not been occupied for a long time.

The staff was extremely kind, they are all very cheerful and warm-hearted. The location of the hotel is phenomenal and the view of Lake Como is incredible. The hot croissants you get in the morning at breakfast are without a doubt the tastiest thing we've tried.
