Everything was great. I think a complimentary coffee and light breakfast would top it off perfectly though.

The AC unit wasn’t great and periodically made super loud whirring sounds which woke us up many times, needs replacing.

Town centre location is great, the apartment was very clean and great quality products. Felt like a luxurious stay and the pool was a very nice and secluded spot. The apartments are dotted throughout the town and the pool a short walk away, when checking in the office is next to the main square

Loved this place and all of the staff. Peaceful and remote, yet with a few great food options in the village, the apartment was tasteful and comfortable... we were there with a 10 month old baby and everyone was so helpful. A strong recommendation.

It was an amazing stay. The location was perfect, really secluded village on the hill top. The apartment itself was brand new with good layout. The stuff was helpful, we were late quite much and the women at the reception waited for us without any additional charge. Really recommend and hope we will be able to get back there some day.

The cutest little Italian town ever! Beautiful property and so cheerful and kind hosts. The view was perfect from the room.

Only two very minor issues - one of the air conditioning units ( master bedroom ) was a little noisy ( intermittent vibration ). So we chose to turn it off at night, which was not a problem. The plug in the bathroom sink would not work.

There was no breakfast available, just a couple of pastries to choose from. Although this was not a problem for us.

Beautiful hilltop medieval village in the heart of Tuscany. The huge room was beautifully refurbished with very comfortable beds. The owners and staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We ate at the restaurant which was excellent and cannot think of a better place to explore Tuscany from. Highly recommend staying at Albergo Diffuso Borgo Santo.

The "breakfast" at the bar could greatly be enhanced with a real breakfast. The breakfast at the bar is mostly cofe/tea/croissant, don't expect continental breakfast with eggs, bacon and fruits 😉

Very nice place in the lovely village of Chuisure in Tuscany. The restaurant of the Borgo Santo property is also very good too and 20 meters from the room we had. Eveything is brand new. We enjoyed our stay and the staff (mainly at the bar/restaurant) was very friendly.

This hotel was that of a dream for our time in Tuscany, set in a tiny Tuscan Village, with amazing staff, delicious gourmet food and a pool with the most stunning views of the surrounding hills.

For us nothing could have been better, we have traveled to Tuscany more than 20 times. So to find this tiny hide-away, with so few people it was perfect. For those wanting more activity in your village, this is not a tourist spot , no shopping or a grocery store to speak of, it is more remote, just your apartment and a fantastic couple restaurants . For people like us, this is what we seek. Do know you can not park your car in the town but it is a short walk to the free safe parking. We were only disappointed that the beautiful pool wasn't open.

This is one of those reviews where you don't want to ruin the magic when you find a jewel like this telling everyone how fantastic it is, but it must be acknowledged . The views are unbelievable, the staff is so kind and attentive, the restaurant was beyond 5 star amazing for this tiny hamlet, completely unexpected. We will be back.

It was a little far out and not many ammenities nearby - more restaurants etc were about 15 min drive away. No formal lobby etc you really are renting an apartment.

Newly renovated, clean, nice , gave an authentic old Italian village experience near a small piazza.
