The staff who checked us in was great! He gave us a map and marked lots of recommendations on it. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Many attractions are walking distance. Our window was on a courtyard so it was quiet.

The cleanliness of the room could be better, the walls could be painted and some little details repaired. There was a cockroach ir our room, but the staff was very responsive and quick in their help. Our roomA/C was not working well at all. As there was also a freestanding fan, I am guessing they knew as well. It was miserable. Could not sleep at night and the bathroom was like a hot house. We had to keep the door shut at all times.

There was air-conditioning body in the room but it was not working. The warmth was bearable I'd say, but in hotter weather it will be hard.

The staff are extremely polite, positive, welcoming, kind and helpful. This is their signature. Smile, assistance, care and you can clearly see that they love their work. They made us feel welcome and valued as guests. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I'll definitely recommend the hotel and will return.

The floors are not clean - bring your own slippers from home or be prepared to throw away some socks.

The location is perfect. A few minutes to the Dome, a few minutes to Ufizzi. Air conditioning was working 💪🏻 Decent breakfast. 24 hours a day receptionist - very friendly and helpful. All in all, we would book again.

The room was upstairs at the top floor, it was a little bit hot at the afternoon.

The first thing is the kindness of all the receptionists. They were very nice, especially the young woman, she recommended us for places to visit. And a local pizzeria I think kindness is the most important thing when you travel far from home. The Hotel is in the middle of all the attractions of Florence. It's prime location!

Noisy room. We had a street facing window and could hear yelling from outside in the middle of the night. The doors are paper thin and you can hear everything from the hallway.

My shower wasn't great as it wouldn't stay in the shower head holder so I had to hold it while washing. Very minor for me though.

The only thing that could have made this experience better was an iron and ironing board. Breakfast is also quite expensive at €15 per person and a higher quality breakfast could be purchased elsewhere for a lower cost.

The location of this property was great. It is located in the heart of Florence and the street it is on is full of great shops and restaurants. Very close to everything.

Shower pressure was horrible and there is a small step going into the bathroom which is easy to miss. Wi-Fi was spotty in the hotel room.

The location and staff are the selling points for this hotel. It is centrally located (5-15 min) to all major tourist attractions. Diego and all of his staffing were quite helpful and friendly. I would stay her again!
