We heard Bellagio was a very "active" place. This property was wonderfully quiet and peaceful, but an easy walk to the ferry, shopping and food options. We thoroughly enjoyed the view of the lake from our balcony, and the chimes from the nearby Church. Our host and hostess were warm, welcoming and helpful. Great location, great value.

Only the small size of the room and bathroom. But it was cozy and comfortable.

K was very attentive and friendly! The Alberto is in a good location near the info point and away from the horrendous crowds near the lakefront. Also near BarMaryJo which was a sweet place for breakfast

Extra bed pillows would be nice

The location is perfect! It was quiet and felt safe, but still seconds away from all of Bellagio’s shops and restaurants and only a few minutes walk from the ferry. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My room was very basic, but had everything I needed and was very clean. View of the town, mountains and lake from my balcony was definitely the highlight! Even better than photos could capture!

The host Kay was very friendly. The location is great and the place felt very secure. Everything was clean and there’s a coffee machine and small fridge in the room. There’s a lot of stairs in lake como so some might find it difficult. If you come with luggage you can follow the road from the ferry to the church and there’s not many stairs to climb just uphill.

The walls are really thin so maybe bring ear plugs.

    - Upon arrival, it was through these gates you had to buzz through and you would climb the stairs and you were greeted with a lovely welcoming staff. - The view from our hotel room was magnificent. - It was close to the Pier (about four mins walk) and it's located within the small town so you can walk about until late. Though as it's within it, there's a lot of stairs if that's not something people fancy, especially if you have huge luggages. - The hotel and room aesthetic matched what I expected from Bellagio which is dated but quaint. - Aircon was decent and the room was relatively clean.

    - The hot water from the shower was there but most times it seemed the hot water was set at a certain temperature if I tried to get warmer water. - The building is quite old so the walls are thin. If you bring some earplugs it should be fine. - Reception wasn't 24/7 but they state that at the very beginning. - Quite expensive for the room you get.

The view was very nice. It was right in town. It was quiet.

It said it was a few mins walk from the boat dock. We didn't realize that it was a very steep climb up 4 long sets of cobblestone steps over which we had to drag our suitcases.

An amazing place with gorgeous views. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the heatwave! The location couldn’t be more perfect—Bellagio at its best. Highly recommend staying here.

Staff was wonderful, even helped arrange a cab and helpedme with my bags on the way out at 6 am. But on arrival, it was quite difficult because the Cab could not pull all the way up and I had a lot of heavy bags and getting them up the hill on the cobblestone and then upstairs was quite an exhausting Experience. There’s no way an elderly person or someone with any kind of physical challenges could have possibly done it.

The room could have been cleaner. One of the cups had some toothpaste residue left in it.

The location is perfect as it's within a couple of minutes, walk to all the shops and restaurants as well as the ferry terminal.

The room, although clean, was very sparse. No amenities were provided such as luggage racks, extra towels, slippers, tissues.

We had a nice room with a lovely view of the lake from a small balcony complete with table and chairs. The location is excellent, just off one of the main streets, and the staff very accommodating. This is not a luxury hotel, however the bathroom and furnishings were very comfortable and more the adequate. Great value for the money!

The location is perfect! Had a great view of the lake from the balcony, the staff was pleasant and price was reasonable. If you’re driving you will definitely get a unique experience driving down the narrow street with all the tourists shopping! Room was good, didn’t need much else, the location is fantastic!
